I hate chest freezers, this was a great alternative to one. I can see all the items in the freezer. It cooled very quickly. Happy with our purchase.

So far working great for small family. It was easy to setup and does the job. Make sure to put the temperature in middle for ideal outcome.

This freezer is easy to move and has multiple shelves that make things easy to reach; much better than a chest freezer. Three 12”pizzas fit the top slot. #3 on the thermostat keeps the temperature just above 0 degrees. Nice

Qorks great does the job like they way it looks. Biggest flaw that i feel hurts it is that the glass shelfs barley reach the sides that hold it up. So if you have something in there and manage to accidentally slide it left or right while pulling something out you may accidentally push it to far left or right. Then your shelf would lose some of its wieght carrying ability and break or your stuff could come sliding out at you. It is a safety concern and could possibly injury soemoen in the future. All they need to do is add a little width so that way if it does get pushed to far left or right its still touching both sides.

Purchase was easy. Price was great. Delivery was great and so far it is running great. If it just keeps on humming I would recommend this unit. Thanks Best Buy for making this whole process easy and well done!!

Great little freezer. Makes everything within view. Our old chest freezer left us digging inside to see what we have. Contents easy to access!

Like many other people, my freezer came out of the box with several dents. Nothing that would hinder its function, but they are unsightly. I picked up the freezer from the store, so it happened either in transit to the store or in the store warehouse. If I were to put this in the kitchen, I would be returning it for an undamaged unit. However, this is a garage freezer, so I'll put up with the dents. I did not have the short shelf problem others have mentioned.

I'm so happy I opted for this freezer. I'm too short to reach into the bottom of a traditional deep freezer. It is the perfect fit for our family of three.

This freezer was a life saver. I needed a freezer but was very limited on space since I had hardly any space for one. Finding this at best buy worked get. It was available within days. And at best buy I had help as soon as I walked in the door. I would buy from best buy anytime

It's a standing freezer, for my garage. It works well, keeps stuff cold, has a very tight seal. Efficient enough.

Not perfect, but pretty decent product. It would be better if it had a door handle so you don't have to pry open the door using spoons or any other type of utensils or tools and damage the paint on the freezer

Worked great until it stopped working. Other than that, no complaints.

Freezer got to mt home and it had a ding, since it was on the outside i didnt reach out to Best Buy.. freezer doesnt work, bottom freezes, middle keeps things almost frozen and top keeps them cold.. when i notice the 15 days had passed for returns and exchanges and on top you have to take it to the store and i couldnt since i am going thru chemo and radiation.

It may be a little early but I think this is a good freezer so far it is doing a good job good buy for the money did not have at my store but told me where I could find one close to me they had it ready to go when I got there loaded it for me I as satisfied with this freezer

It's been over a year since I bought the Insignia 7 cu ft upright. I am pleased with it. It uses very little power. I have it running on a computer UPS system of less than 1500KVA. As for a need to defrost, thus far I have not had to defrost.

It works well and does everything perfectly, just for my needs. It meets all the requirements. It is small but just what I was looking for.

This freezer operates exactly as intended. The door is reversible and is easy to change from a right swing to left swing. The seal works great and shows no signs of wear so far.
