Prior to delivery went to Best Buy Store in Springfield Appliances Section, requesting to have the refrigerator doors hinges transfer to the left side prior to scheduled delivery but said she cannot do anything. She said it’s better ask the delivery people to do it, I wonder why ?

This would have been a five star rating, but the control know was laying in the bottom of the freezer, and was hell to put back on, because the control shaft did NOT line up with the cover over it. Other than that, so far, it seems to be a good product to have purchased from you.

Perfect replacement for my old chest freezer. We can actually see everything now. small foot print is nice that the chest freezer too

Bought this for my parents as additional refresher space in their garage. For the price, it’s decent… pretty basic and wish it had an anti-frost feature. Otherwise, lots of shelves, which is nice.

Absolutely love this unit. Install was a breeze and this thing is PERFECT... I think the shelf at the top is for ice, but its now my designated "Pizza Shelf" LOL

So far so good! Replaced a chest freezer that went out. Definitely like the upright better. Easier to see what you have in it. Only 3 stars for quality because the Price was more than I felt it should have been since it isn’t self defrosting.

We had been looking for a freezer to put in the garage and found this at Best Buy. It's perfect for just the two of us. It might be small, but it's mighty and garage ready.

Received with ding on door. After closing, door is very hard to open for a while.

I recommend only using the refigerator outside so it can easily drain off as it defrosts. The glass shelves are not very stable to stay in place.

Purchased this freezer for my garage. I didn’t need a huge one and this was the right size for me. It works very well. It’s quiet and has just the right amount of room. It doesn’t have a handle so you have to pull on the top or side to open.

Have had this freezer in our garage for about a year, works well no issues.

Freezer works great, good size, overall nice deep freezer. Mine was damaged when I opened the box. Best Buy replaced quickly.

The freezer seems great so far though I have noticed a slight ice build up inside along the sides. We will see how that goes.

I have bought 2 freezers and the one I bought ladt year works great and I like that I can see what I have without digging in but a eye level.

Doesnt struggle even in a non climate controlled garage. I don’t like the shelves can shift from side to side however, but its not enough for them to fall.

I Love the dimensions. Easy to place and retrieve food items. Takes little floor space. It has become my favorite new purchase for my home and sanity!

I had been looking for an upright freezer for a while that wasnt too expensive. This one was a little smaller in person than expected but its perfect for my needs. Definitely a good purchase.
