The one problem we had with the freezer at my parents house.

It TIPS towards you when opened

It holds a lot. The only issue is it sounds like running water most of the time. My other freezer made no noise at all. I have no idea about longevity, but I am hoping it lasts a long time!

They did give me some credit off it. but After that I found even more damage and didn't want the hassle of returning it.

I am glad that it is functioning in our heated garage. It is loud and I notice it running every time I go into the garage. I would not be happy with that noise in the house.

I just wish there was a light in it when you open the door because we keep it in our basement. Other than the fact we should have ordered a larger one this freezer is good. No storage in the door, only shelves.
