Freezer is a good size, was very easy to transport and will work for what I need since it is just two of us in our house. The problem is the box inside, underneath the top shelf, which houses the temperature control knob, the mounting was broken and the knob wont stay on. We ended up just taping it with some of the packaging tape to keep it from putting strain on the wires. I am unable to return it because I had to borrow a truck just to get it to my house and the fact that with low supply it will be impossible to get a replacement anytime soon. I am hoping best buy will make this right and at least give me a partial refund or even a partial refund as a store credit would be okay. Like I said, the freezer SEEMS to work great (still haven't put food in it yet) but there seems to be some quality control or someone just handled it poorly during shipment.

Best bang for the buck for the size. Plenty of room. I went with a vertical to save space in the garage. Chest freezers take too much room. Not going to beat the price.

I love my freezer!!! This is perfect for a family of 4. It has 4 shelves. I buy my food monthly, since I get paid on the first of the month. I buy all my meat and store it in the freezer and take it out as needed. i keep ice cream and bread and thing I use frequently in my freezer on my refrigerator. This keeps the veggies and meat! I only need to defrost it once or twice a year. It fits my family nicely!!

I bought this freezer. It stands up . It doesn't lay down so don't even try. It probably won't work.. just like the plastic straw ban. We all out here drinking through soggy paper straw so the turtles stop choking but they still are! 2023 had over 1,200 turtles die and that's above average! So they ban these straws and numbs went up. Clearly it's not working. Freezer got real cold when I had it upright. Thermometer says -5. Shelves are glass and it makes a cool frost on them. If you draw on the frost when it first happens it lasts a while. Mins still there it's been like 3 months.

Insignia freezer does the job. Holds the extra food that does not fit in main Fridge/Freezer for family of 5. Bought for the price and it was an in-stock same day purchase. Nice size to fit in an empty space in kitchen and does not stick out. Upright freezer makes it convenient to see everything. Does not have a light, which would be a nice feature. Door swing can be adjusted. Suction is tight, so need tug to open. Recommend, if you need additional freezer space. In the future, I may switch from the traditional fridge to a kitchen setup with the larger size Insignia 21 Cu Ft convertible Freezer and have a Fridge only and Freezer only setup. I am slowly becoming an Insignia brand convert. Last 3 household appliance purchases have been Best Buy brand. Good value and can add a warranty and still stay in budget.

This has been perfect for us! It’s not too big or small an can fit a lot of food! Since buying we’ve been able to store up a lot of frozen meats and other foods. Easy to install, open, & use! I had read about the door being airtight and difficult to open, completely disagree. It’s easy to open (even one handed)! Love this freezer!

I am very pleased with this freezer. There are four full shelves. A thin shelf for Ice cube trays or I use it to hold two frozen pizzas. And a half shelf on the bottom . It fits great in one of our spare bedrooms. I have approximately 60 to 70 LBs. of meat and also many vegetables and french fries and the like. Definitely waht I was looking for.

Pretty amazing, we bought to store the baby frozen milk, it’s been a year now, and still works amazing. We storage meat or fruit and we have extra space now.

Perfect pick up,on time(early). They put it right on my truck. We got it home and set up was a breeze. The temp dial does NOT stay on but once it is set, sticky fingers can't accidentally change it,so I'm ok with it. This is an entire mangalista pig in here 295 pounds minus a few packages of pork chops (3)sausage(1) a ham and one bacon. 295 pounds of pig fit in here!

Perfect size for a family to use for a backup/spare freezer. We get alot of deals and can freeze what we cant eat right away. Cheaper than other models and works perfect

Very happy with this freezer, I've had it for about a month. I had been looking since March, with no luck. Found this one in a Best Buy email, they had one in stock, right size for limited space, fair price,holds more than I thought it would. Very very quiet. Only drawback manual defrost. Would recommend.

I replaced my old freezer with this one. I like it because it’s compact and saves space. I keep it in the garage for my extra frozen groceries. It is quiet. My only complaint is that it does not have a door handle and sometimes the door is hard to open because The door seal is pretty strong.

Nice freezer. Can see all the stored food now. Great upgrade from a chest freezer. More room than expected. Fit easily in the back of my hatchback with the seats down. Remember to let stad upright for 48 hours after lying down.

So far we absolutely love this freezer. It stay really cold and you can fit quite a bit in it. The only thing that we don’t like is that it creates a suction that makes the door difficult to open but is probably need to keep it cold

Nice size small freezer. Works very well. Only thing i dont care for is there are glass shelves instead of wire. The glass could be cut a little wider they seem to want to fall out of place sometimes. But overall i like it a lot and for the price its perfect

I bought this freezer for a small space and mainly to freeze holiday foods. Its perfect for those needs. The door can be changed to open left or right, it holds alot and it's quiet. I'm very happy with it!

This freezer works great! It is quiet and it does its job freezing food and ice cubes, the price was right as it was on sale. Because it’s upright, one can see what is on each shelf and it makes for great organization of different foods. It also hold a lot of food - we are very happy with this purchase

This freezer is perfect size for what I need. It hold quite a bit. The shelves are nice and sturdy. And the price was well worth it.

This 7 cu. ft. Is Perfect size to keep extra frozen foods when catching good sale prices. Being upright, I don't have to unload like a chest type when trying to find an item. Also fits perfectly in my laundry room. Freeze levels have been consistent since set up and is quiet running. Opening door a second time without waiting a short while is difficult....instruction usage refers to this. Good idea to know exactly what you need to take out when you first open. Otherwise wait about 10 minutes and open again. Overall, I am very happy with the appliance.
