I use it as a second freezer. It’s a nice upright and light freezer, works fine. It is felt light especially when you open the door. It needs to be opened with two hands, one to stabilize freezer and the other to open the door. I taped glass shelves inside the freezer as they can easily slide out. Door locks for sometime after you close it. It freezes very well, doesn’t occupy much room. It’s a good choice for this price.

I've had the **Insignia™ 7 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Upright Freezer in White** (model NS-UZ7WH0) for over a year now, and it's been a fantastic addition to our home. We needed extra freezer space beyond our fridge's built-in compartment, especially for bulk buys and meal prepping, and this one fit the bill perfectly.

Unit takes up minimal space, and is easier then chest freezer as you can easily see all your product and can be configured for large items (Turkey, Ham or Rib Rack) by removing a shelf. Adjustable temp, nice design. Reasonable Price.

Nice little freezer. Located in the garage, it is holding temps even in 100* environment. It is a bit difficult to open due to the tight door seal, so if you don't have a decent amount of food in it for weight you could pull the unit over. Make sure you inspect before taking delivery or picking up at store. The first one I got home and it had been dropped hard at some point. The frame was bent and the glass shelves were all shattered. Only minor signs of damage to the box.

This is perfect for small items like popsicles, ice cream, hot pockets, ice bags etc. I purchased it mainly for the smaller snack items that my grandkids could access without having to open up the fridge/ freezer and break something while trying to access these items. It’s perfect on the size, the quality and it works great on the temperature. Only downside is that it’s a little hard to open it up because it seals it shut and have to pull hard to open it. Since I have lightweight items it moves the whole freezer. But I love the convenience and the price. Great value! Recommend to buy

This is a nice freezer, especially for the price. Items are frozen perfectly and temperature stays consistent.

we love our freezer. we originally got a chest freezer but it just ends up with food being stacked on top of food and you can't find anything. we liked the shelves that the upright freezer so it makes it easier to find stuff. we got a magnetic white board for the front and we listed the items in the freezer by each shelf to make it easier to find items. Love this freezer and it's a great price too.

Love this freezer. We had a chest freezer and it was hard to reach to the bottom. This one you open the door and everything is right there and easy to find. Glass shelves come out easily for cleaning. It works very well.

This freezer is the perfect size to tuck in the corner of our garage. We have had it for nearly two years and have had no problems. Reasonably priced, as well.

It is a perfect fit for my laundry room. It has performed beautifully. It holds a lot of food too. My last one was a chest and I thought I loved it but digging through ice cold food is over. I can see everything easily.

It's really a good compact freezer. Price is also good compared to other models. Only drawback is, there's no light inside - would have been a better addition.

I purchased this freezer a month ago because we needed something to help organize our fridge/freezer and store larger items. This thing does the trick, it’s quiet, freezes well and is small enough not to take up too much space in our basement. Upon setting it up at home I did have to take apart the control panel area because the knob was at the bottom of the freezer and the thermostat control was not aligned properly to affix the knob. I’m still not sure if it’s on there right because the instructions state you should be able to turn it off, but don’t say which direction to turn the knob to do this. I turned the knob to the far left and right and it felt like I might break it so I left it alone once I got it to the temp I wanted. The only thing I wish for is a light when the door is opened so I can see inside.

I love this little upright freezer. It is just the right size for the stuff that doesn't fit in the refrigerator/freezer. A great tight seal to keep the foods really frozen. I highly recommend this freezer

Oh yes this is a very nice spacious upright deep freezer i am beyond please with my purchse i feel the price is also a steal of a deal i had gotten it on sale but i waited to post a review after having it for a month the key is when u first turn it on do not put ur temp knob at high blast leave it on medium this freezer is a hit

Great fit for tight spaces. This freezer is a great buy, very happy to have purchased it. You have several small glass shelves which allow you to keep freezer items organized. Definitely keeps everything frozen.

It's the perfect size. It has alot of space and is very quiet. I'm glad that I bought an upright. It's so easy to find what you want. We have enough meats in the freezer to last for at least 2 - 3 Months. Truly a Best Buy!

Better than a chest freezer because you can see your food items on shelves. The footprint of this appliance takes a small space in your kitchen or food storage space. Holds more food than I thought it would. Great price!

Great freezer. Holds temperature well. The 7 cu ft is the perfect size for the extra storage I need. I didn't want a full-size freezer, works extremely well
