This freezer is the perfect size for us. We have a tight basement staircase and can't fit a full size freezer, so we have two small upright freezers instead. You will probably need a dolly to get this in place, but it's not so heavy that two people can't manage it. I appreciate the glass shelving. It helps cut down on frost and fallen ice on foods stored on the bottom. It emits the typical amount of noise. If I had one complaint, it would be that even at its maximum setting, it only reaches 0°F (measured by an appliance thermometer) so it cannot really be used as a deep freeze like our older small freezer.

Very nice freezer but needs a light. Runs quiet. I like the glass shelves and number of shelves. Very pleased.

Slim, fits well in my pantry. Shelves make the items easy to see and eye level for kids popsicles. I’ve had a freezer in the past and this one is so quiet.

Needed an extra freezer even though we're empty nesters. The freezer is small enough that it fits anywhere. It holds quite a bit of stuff. I think I like the deep freezer better but it takes up more space. I found that little baskets inside. Keep the stuff secure. But I have had no issues with it and I bought it a while ago.

This is perfect in so many ways for us. We don't get a whole hog or side of beef, but we do like to buy and have meat or other frozen items on hand. This holds a lot more than you'd think. It's very efficient for the size. It takes up very little footprint, which is terrific. Love the upright vs. chest freezer, too. With a chest you tend to lose things in the bottom and only find them years later when it's time to throw them out. Above all, it works great. Freezes fast and keeps things frozen. Couldn't be happier.

Perfect size to handle overflow from garden. Looks good, runs quietly, holds a large amount of food.

Awesome product i was looking for a extra freezer and didnt want the regular deep freezer .so i found this upright for. Great price had it for a month now and no issues easy setup .picked up at the humble location they brought it to my car in lees than 5 mins after i checked in .and had it up nd running in no time the did advsie me to keep ut standing for 24 hours which i did .have everything organized and it holds a lot more than u see in the picture very satisfied with this product will buy insignia item in the future .

So far, so good after almost a month of use. Needed extra space to hold our purchases from Trader Joe’s and other food for Holiday gatherings. Wanted an upright with shelves, not a chest. Was able to bring this home in my SUV and set it up in the garage all by myself. Doesn’t take up much space.

My garage freezer suddenly died and I needed a replacement ASAP. This freezer is excellent for the price point. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have storage shelves on the inside door like my previous freezer did. It is small but perfect for a 1-2 person household. For some reason, photos wll not upload.

I actually did not realize it wasn’t frost free but should have at the price. I dont think the leveling with just one adjustable foot is great and the wheels at the back means it moves forward to easily with the tightly sealed door when you open. I gave it a 4/5 cus it works for a pretty cheap unit. Its just and extra unit for me so its good. If its your main unit spend $2-300 ore

This freezer is the perfect size to hold extra from the big box stores. It works great and being that it is upright I can easily see what is in there.

We love the size of this freezer and the fact that it is upright. We got so tired of bending over and digging through everything, freezing our hands, just to get to something at the bottom. There is no light in this freezer but that is no problem for us as we switch on the overhead light and all is good. The freezers are maintaining a constant temp. The directions say to wait 20 seconds before reopening the door. That is, if you close it and try to reopen it right away, it is very hard to do. But this means it has a good seal. So, we just wait the 20 seconds. :-)

I have had great luck with Insignia brand products was looking for a small upright freezer for awhile. Did not want chest type AKA the box. Every box store has the Box type for sale with every name possible branded to it which I have never heard off. Then google search that brand and the reviews are horrible. Saw this on sale bought it immediately works like a champ very happy.

We have been pleased with our new freezer so far. Everything looks organized inside due to this being upright freezer. Freezer is pretty quiet and works well.

Love this freezer. It holds so much for its small size, It is easy to find things and organize with it being upright. It stays really cold.

This freezer has plenty of space inside. Very quite cold. Glass shelves are easy to remove and clean.

I wanted to buy a beef freezer pack but my kitchen refrigerator/freezer just couldn't accommodate it. This turned out to be an ideal size for us. We have a quarter of beef in there plus frozen vegetables, fish, chicken, etc. Should accommodate most of my summer vegetable freezing. The freezer was delivered during the coronavirus shutdown and it was curbside delivery. That's why I gave it 4-stars. The freezer door is backward to the way it should be set up and without installers, I couldn't switch it. So access is a little challenging. Who knows when I'll be able to get that adjusted.

Perfect size to fit in my space and the shelves make it so easy to store and find things. Very quiet and it is working great!
