Some foods got frozen some didnt. Even when the knob is turned to max! Its like having a second refrigerator. Defeats the purpose. After 48 hours of use everything was STILL NOT FROZEN! Bought a frigidaire freezer from BJs and dont have any problems! Everything is FROZEN in there like they are supposed to be unlike this insignia freezer! Returning it and getting a refund. Do not waste your money on this piece of junk!
