Received the product damaged and the way the door opens is incorrect not put together properly.

Never got cold when I got it home and plugged it in. Followed all delivery and setup instructions. Best Buy took it back easy peasy.

It’s not self defrost. Very small. Not happy at all very hard to open door.

The button that co trolls the temperature of the freezer was broken when I got it. I ordered it online and picked it up in Greensboro so I decided not to return it. The shelf space inside is really tighg.

Shelves can slip off supports. Inside walls of freezer are bowed, wider at front than back. Otherwise as expected and would have been 4 or 5 star.

Too much ice build up even in lowest seating.the wire used on staps keep wiggle in

Do not Buy This freezer will defrost it self for not reason the glass compartments are not the right size and they fall

Other competitors is freeze / refrigerator this is only a freezer sad face for me would have been nice to have options

It’s a decent freezer. The shelfs have issues with not fitting properly is the big issue

Fits great in our spot. Sometimes it feels like it doesn’t get cold enough and you got to turn it up then it starts freezing and you got to turn it down and then turn it back up.

Was much smaller than we thought. Though we had to have one it was an emergency. It was too small for what we needed. It was really expensive for the size it was.

I bought this on February 10 and it stopped working today (September 28th). I called to get it serviced since it’s still under warranty and they want me to take it to the store for repairs. This freezer isn’t huge but it is almost 5’ tall. It’s super inconvenient to have to take it to the store for repairs. When I said I have no way to do that, the rep started questioning me about how I got it to my house and why I can’t take it back. I don’t recommend this at all because it’s only lasted 8 months and has to be repaired. On the positive side it has plenty of room for what I need it for. The shelves aren’t adjustable but the space between them is descent. I really like the shelf at the top.

I didn't realize it wasn't frost free. Lots of ice build up already.

The first unit got cool but didn’t freeze. We were able to get a replacement, but that one arrived dented and was taken back by the delivery team. Because of availability, our 3rd unit is delayed for about 7 weeks. Previous reviews were good for this freezer, and we are hoping we just had some bad luck. We will see.

I bought this freezer. The reviews said good things about it. It was delivered.i was sooo excited to finally find a freezer. They plugged it in, it ran and they left. I never did have a good gut feeling about it. It just didnt seem to get very cold. In fact it took two... yes two days to freeze a 1 pound hunk of meat. It wasnt a quiet freezer either. I checked my items in it every couple of days because i couldnt shake my gut feeling about its freezing capabilities. On day 11 i peeked in to find warm thawed food. The freezer was dead. Yes i checked the breaker. Yes i checked the plug. I was beyond peeved. I called best buy to return it. I didnt want to get a replacement and risk going thru that again. They picked if up the next day.

It is very simple, and it is just enough for my needs.

Frezzer size is perfect for organized storage. Only downside is the shelf not stable. Keep slipping from the track.

I was so excited to get this freezer as an opened box item as it was out of stock. This was labelled open box excellent and after we picked it up and got it home we unwrapped it only to find the main thermostat control was missing.I have never had a problem with opened box items until this. Will look at something in person before I purchase another open stock item.

When I received item the temperature knob would not stay in place...chen I closed the door the knob continously fell to the bottom
