I have tried calling to see about getting one replaced again and I never get a return back someone can call me I’d like my freezer sooner than later please

The freezer initially would only get down to 22 degrees after 2 days. I shut off the freezer and let it set for 24 hours and turned it back on. It now will not even freeze ice. Very disappointing. It was the perfect size.

This equipment is junk and my thoughts of Best Buy's practices are equal. The store's return policy is only 15 days which is unimaginable for just about anything let alone an appliance. We had the option of returning for a store credit, having it repaired, if possible, and if not, getting a store credit????. Insignia spoke as if it is insignificant and they don't even service freezers under 9 CF so we were told that is was up to the Geek Squad to try to repair it. The store credit it almost worthless to us as we do not use much tech or gadgets and the credit can not be used for gift cards. Buyer beware.

Just like many of the past reviewers had experienced. I can't believe this hasn't been addressed at the manufacturer as it seems to be clearly damaged before it was boxed up!??! I did call them before ordering to make sure they were addressing it and they assured me that it was resolved......?

Yes, it was in the upright position for 1+ hours before plugging in. The freezer never got colder than 50 degrees, and a major indication of the problem was that only the upper right of the inside paneling of the freezer seemed to be working (that was the only part that got cold to the touch). Also, frost built up very quickly on that one spot and we ensured everything was level and the door was closed/sealed. It seems the internal piping that was supposed to circulate the liquid was blocked and could only get to that one area, resulting in the problem and symptoms described. On the bright side, Best Buy made the return process completely painless, no problems there. Apparently we just got a lemon.

I got bust so i didn't plug it in for over 2 weeks. Waited a couple of days but the freezer won't cool at all. When i checked the return window i noticed it passed. Selling a bad product is one thing, but having a substandard return policy is unacceptable. Why doesn't BB offer 30 days like everyone else (without having to qualify/pay for upgraded membership)?
