    Was too small for a family of 3 . I sent it back . It’s perfect for a dorm room or student apartment. Not for us .

    Get Extended Warranty

    Purchased this Freezer as a replacement of a unit we had for 10 plus years. After 5 months, the compressor went out. Warranty replaced the compressor. I am regretting not getting the extended warranty on this Freezer

    Great freezer, OK delivery

    The freezer was great, but the delivery crew could have unboxed it. They did haul away the old freezer.

    The freezer never ......froze

    We kept the appliance upright for a week before plugging it in. We plugged it in and waited 24 hours for the temperature inside the freezer to reach freezing temperatures. We waited another week. The Insignia upright freezer temperature never began to trend towards freezing. We even put a freezer thermometer but the temperature never dropped. Now it is too late to return. I called Best Buy customer service and was advised to haul the freezer back to the store to get a replacement. (That cannot be right!!!)

    i have never given bestbuy a onestar for any of there products until today, first thing out of the box it doesnt work so i waited 3 days with it plugged in and nothing i hear that something is running but nothing is getting cooled past refridgerator standards and not even that tbh. it doesnt get to 45degrees im so dissappointed in this product

    NO more Insignia no more Best Buy... EVER

    Picked up item in store, hauled it home and then down two flights of stirs into the basement. Had to hire someone to help me haul it home and then put it downstairs as delivery was not available. Got it into the basement and unboxed item. The top glass shelf was cracked, like many other reviewers have said, many of theirs where completely shattered, however mine is just cracked. I contacted best buy for replacement shelf and they said haul it back in for return...um no!!! Just send me a shelf, NOPE cant do that return for full refund. Freezer works great just cracked shelf. Why would they make you haul it back in for a stupid shelf. They did give me a measly $25 bucks off to shut me up. NO more Insignia no more Best Buy... EVER

    Door won’t open. The seal is so hard to break to open the door. Book says to try putting wax or petroleum jelly around the gasket, and it still won’t open. Not worth buying if you have to pry the door open to use.

    Not too great quality for your money

    I gave one star because the temperature button had fallen off and there was nowhere to plug it into on the temperature control box. It doesn’t make sense! I called Best Buy but they never answer. All you get are messages and hung ups from their phone system. I wasn’t about to take it back after all the effort it took to pick it up and the money I paid to have someone pick it up. I won’t be purchasing any appliances from Best Buy again

    Came damaged. Reported but it stopped working after 2 weeks . Tried calling multiple times but couldn’t get in touch with agent.

    This would be a great little freezer, except the glass shelves falling out it a serious accident waiting to happen. I returned it because of this issue.

    Freezer stop working less than a year!

    Had this freezer less than a year and it stopped working. It’s still under factory warranty and seem that I cannot get any help for either Insignia or Bestbuy. Unbelievable! When working the freezer was convenient to have at it met my requirements.
