    Bought it in June broke down in November. What sucks is I stored breast milk in the freezer, had to throw it all out. So upset with the purchase. And it smells like carbon, like this weird burnt smell is coming from the freezer. I have done nothing for this to happen. And now to get an appointment I have to pay over a $100 bucks, does it make any sense to pay that much money for a $300 device. Ridiculous!

    It works well, however it had dents outside as well as inside. In addition, shelves are not well fit to the holders. I’m afraid if the glass shelves fall down some day. It made of cheap materials. Yes! It’s cheap freezer.

    Doesn't Cool, Broke Within 8 Months

    Save yourself the headache. We purchased this in May 2021. Fast forward to January 2022, the freezer completely stopped cooling. We lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. What made everything worse, was that Best Buy and/or Geek Squad has a policy where anything under 9 cu sq feet needs to be taken to the store. Getting this in for repair has been a nightmare. It's currently off being looked at. If it is repaired or replaced and, for some reason, this one was defective, I will update this review....but for now, avoid this freezer at all costs..

    I returned the freezer because after a week of being plugged in, it did not get cold enough to freeze with various items I placed inside of it. It also had trouble turning water into ice during a test I performed. I put a thermometer inside and the temperature did not reach 0 degrees Fahrenheit which is the target temperature you want in any size of freezer so you can properly freeze anything you want frozen.

    Unfortunate, didn’t realize until out of warranty. Quit working after 1 year, bought in novermber 2021. It slowly wouldn’t keep up, food began slowly unfreezing and then the motor must have finally went out from constantly running. It was our basement freezer, rarely accessed. Very disappointed, especially for losing the elk meat! Maybe manufactures should be fined for wasting natural resources and filling up dumps on products that do not last?

    I have 2 issue with this freezer. One, the wheel makes is shaky. It doesn’t sit well and is uneven. The other, the door is too tight to open. I need both hands to open the door.

    The freezer arrived damaged. The box showed no issues at all. Always unbox items before they leave.

    Can’t say if it was good or bad cause it never worked. We plugged it in and it started but never got cold much less freezing. But Best Buy customer service was very good, she tried to find us another one to replace it with and or a completely different unit. There was simply none to be had so they came and got the broken one and refunded our payment.

    Functionality is great but not exactly happy about my purchasing experience. I picked up this item from the store got it home and found a dent on the bottom corner. Called Best Buy and they told me I could return it (yeah, ok not bringing up the stairs again) So they said they would comp 10% of the purchase price for the inconvenience. I took the 10% and went on my way. I get home to finish unwrapping it and taking the Styrofoam off of the bottom and now the wheel is screwed up and won’t lay flat on the floor. They only comp me 10% for a $320 item. Won’t be shopping at Best Buy again!
