    Well I thought this purchase was going to be a much needed one, however I didn’t expect the frost to be much needed. I wouldn’t purchase this one again. Too much frost build up

    Great freezer....but

    The shelves are placed wide and can’t really adjust to keep packages from slipping. If it’s not a box and you store a lot of bags be prepared to chase them if you nudge one out of place much like an avalanche.

    Lower Quality Upright Freezer

    I bought this freezer a few weeks ago and had no initial issues with it. Sadly after about 3 weeks of owning it, it no longer functions as a freezer and is more of a warm fridge at best. We had to throw away everything stored inside, and found out it was outside of the return policy so there was no exchange possible. Would definitely not recommend unless you're prepared to toss out all everything.

    Sad and disappointed

    Had to buy 2 since the first one caught on fire at my house. Yes caught on fire.. damaged when inbox.. returned got another. 2nd ones damaged.. well im not spending another 2hours returning. This is by far thee worst purchase i made so far.. For the freezer itself. Its okay freezes nicely, has a good seal, but shelves dont fit perfectly so if its offset the shelves will fall off.. smaller than you think. Converted fromchest freezer to upright for organizing.. but wish my chest freezer still worked

    The size is great but it never got cold enough and my ice cream would not freeze had to end up throwing away a box of ice and returned the freezee to best buy

    I bought this open box freezer from the best buy outlet and it was the worst thing I could have done it was delivered 3 weeks later and it did not work and all of my meat that I put into the freezer throwed out without me knowing so had to eventually buy a brand new freezer. Lets see how this one go's

    Had this freezer delivered twice and both times freezer was damaged.

    Brought this freezer home and let it stand upright for 24 hours. Plugged it in and it never got cold. Returned it to the store which they promptly took back. I had oaid for part of the purchase with a $150 gift card. They would not refund my credit card for the $150 gift card I used and would only give me a $150 best buy gift card. I don’t need anything else from Best Buy so basically they got a $150 interest free loan from me. Not very happy

    Bought this not even 6 months ago and it has defrosted completely 3 times ruining all of our meats. I’ve changed locations of where it’s at, it’s level, it’s not on complete high so it’s not freezing up. Seems like when I go to get something out of it and touch it, the next day it’s defrosting and won’t click on. Worst experience. Plus shelves are super small and not sturdy.

    Picked freezer up for a birthday gift. Her Birthday July 1st given to her today. We never opened box no damage to outside. However upon opening large dent in the freezer almost appears to be a puncture of some sort. When checking status says not returnable. I am unable to reach anyone from customer service. Can I please get a response back. My husband and I have been faithful supporters to Best Buy and all your products and thus have never had an issue. Is there anyway we can resolve this issue?

    Problem with the Freezer's cooling.

    I purchased this freezer this past Friday, set it up and plugged it in. This is Sunday and the temperature does not get below 16 Degrees (F) even when the dial is turned to maximum cooling. The manual states that is should be between 11 Degrees (F) and -11 Degrees (F). I have a calibrated digital Fluke Thermometer that I'm using to check the temperature. There is also the sound like gurgling water on the right side. I am assuming that the gurgling sound is from the fact that there is air in the coolant piping which is preventing the freezer from cooling.

    Not reliable! I have had this freezer for 14 months. Until now I thought it was OK. A few days ago I discovered water around the bottom of the freezer opened it up and everything was thawed out. There was no problem with power to the freezer. Lost a lot of food!

    It works great EXCEPT the door randomly opens and defrosts all the food. In the in the year I've had it I've lost 6 freezers worth of food.

    This was the worst purchase made at Best Buy and it was a hassle returning for us as they only gave us credit for an appliance that never worked. It was hard for me as a stay at home mom to find time to return and returned after their return window and was forced to get merchandise credit even though I informed them ahead of time that the fridge never worked and this brand and fridge seems to have this problem in common.

    This freezer frosted up very fast for us. It's very easy for the door to not get fully shut and for things to defrost.

    I purchased this freezer on 08/27/20 this is the second freezer I purchased from Best Buy that is freezing up on the side's from top to bottom. This needs to be taken care of PLEASE. Thank you Lynda

    if I can give 0 Starla I would.. broke with in the first day. the freezer felt like a refrigerator the first day I plugged in. and . I left 24 plugged in and when I opened it it was not running . but the back of the metals were hot. So I came. back here to see the reviews and saw a comment to unplug and leave it for 4 hours and plug it back. so I again unplugged it and left it for 12 hour and plugged again... nope. it's a junk. it's annoying cuz i have to take that junk back to return it .
