    Huge dent in the bottom of it. Returned it. They did not have another freezer in stock.

    I purchased the item from two locations. The first location i opened the box and seen deep dents and damaged insides then I returned the item and replaced it at a different location and noticed that it wasn’t freezing and looked at the back and seen damage with the tank then i just returned it and gave up on that brand

    Horrible freezer wont freeze called bestbuy said icant return it I was over 15 days I had it 25 days it has a 1 year warranty on it parts and labor but the wont come to my house to fix they say I have to bring in store I have a car it wont fit in my car so I just lost 350.00 worth of food plus 300.00 for freezer wont ever buy from bestbuy again crooks they are

    I didn't like the shelving. If you moved it the slightest amount everything on the shelf would fall down on the shelf below it.

    First of all, freezer arrived with a giant dent in the door. Had to fight BeatBuy about it. Was able to get a credit for it. Had it up and running for 24 hours and then the whole freezer stops working. It's getting power but not cooling. What a waste... Hope we got a dud and this gets solved .

    Even if you have it alittle past min it still freezes up,you have too manually defrost it.NOT worth the money.

    I bought this a month ago and it has not froze anything. It is working like a refrigerator and all of my food thawed out after I stocked it!! I called and told Best Buy customer service and they are not helping at all. Told me to leave a review online!! Not happy!

    Bought it ahead of the closing on our new home. Closing was delayed a month and so it sat in storage. Unboxed it when we were moving in only to find it wouldn't chill below +- 55 degrees f Since it was beyond the 10 day exchange policy I had to take it to a Best Buy store where they sent it to a service facility in Atlanta. Have not heard anything further. And that's all I have to say about that.

    lost over $200 of meat and produce due to it defrosted the whole freeze and then began to freeze again what a waste of money

    I was very interested in this freezer because it wa a upright and affordable. We set it up, it looked nice, and stuck a thermometer and some popsicles in it waiting for it to come to temperature. The freezer was loud, never shut off, and never reached freezing temperature. After five days the popsicles were still liquid and we had to pack it up to return it. Very disappointed in the purchase

    Freezer Never worked. Returned.

    Never worked from the start. Left it sitting up for 24 hours and plugged it in but it never got cold. Just continuous water running sound through the fridge. Don’t recommend buying this especially if you have no way of transporting it back for a refund.

    I bought this freezer last yr 8/6/21 and the freezer has not kept its temp at all I went through $2,000 worth of food in the garbage! Oh ya and they don’t service this item at your house they make you bring it to them to repair and they never tell you until u need it repaired after being on the phone for 3 hrs ! I’m not a happy customer and will be taking all my business elsewhere!

    Works but badly damaged during delivery

    This works, but the rear corner was dropped or damaged somehow where the freezer will not sit level. Again, I works but had to shim the back so it would sit level.

    Doesn't Freeze, Only Gets Cold, Not "Garage Ready"

    I purchased this for my garage to store extra meats and foods we bought on sale. Turns out that it wasn't 'garage ready' because the food NEVER froze. We lost a few bulk items we purchased at Sam's Club because the food went bad. We thought it would work but turned out it only got as cold as a extra cold fridge, never frozen. I'm returning it and purchased another brand of standup freezer.

    Purchased and I can hear something working. But does not cool/freeze. According to website there are no others available for exchange. Guess trip to Best buy was a waste, now I have to go again to return it. If it wasn't so big it wouldn't be a big deal.

    Have had this freezer for a month. It has never actually worked correctly. It was below 10F at one point so I put a few small already frozen items in it. A week later opened it to find it at 40F all food ruined. Sounded like water running in freezer so I unplugged, re-leveled it and let it sit a few days. Now even on coldest setting it wont get below 40F. I have contacted Insignia now twice for help and have received no response. Would return this if I could.

    We had this freezer exactly 368 days before it suddenly stopped working. I buy meat in bulk and threw out $200 of meat. Thank God i noticed before it was down in my basement for a week but it won't work at all I'm not paying someone to come fix it when I've barely had it a year.

    Very practical design, but did not work. Left it plugged in for over a day and it never got cold. Called and followed all the fix it suggestions but wouldn’t work. Asked for someone to come out and repair it because I really needed it and there were no more available in my area, but they denied it and told me to return it.
