This 7 cubit feet freezer is perfect. Runs great! We picked it up from the store with no problems.

Exactly what I was looking for. Tall and narrow freezer with many shelves. So much nicer than the chest I had fits my space perfectly, and keeps things organized.

I own a 5.8 Insignia upright freezer that was purchased about four years ago. It works great! The 5.8 cu ft has since been discontinued and replace with the 7 cu ft. When I realized that we needed more freezer space, I began to look for a larger 13.0, but fitting it into my little galley size kitchen just wasn't going to happen. So, we decided to keep the 5.8 right where it is, and add the 7.0, which has the same size foot print. BUT...where to put the new 7.0 Cu ft freezer? Not having a garage or basement, we decided it would fit in the bedroom! So obviously quiet running was very important, and this freezer is as quiet as they come. My 5.8 cu ft in the kitchen is now used for veggies, breads, leftovers, etc. The upstairs freezer is used for meats. For me, deciding what's for dinner while I'm getting myself dressed and pulled together in the morning has gotten much easier! And, I'll admit, it's kind of nice to hide away a bit of ice cream just for ourselves without everyone else in the house finding it! I like the little space at the top for freezer for ice blocks, which we only use when we travel. The freezer seems to cool evenly, top shelfs or lower. Although some folks have had issues with the shelves fitting properly, mine were just fine. This freezer should have gotten a 5 star rating, My only objection is that when I purchased the freezer I paid $299. When I picked it up two days later it had gone on sale for $249. When I realized this, only 24 hours later, I called for a refund and was basically told "tough luck". Not nice, and rather petty.

Perfect size for what we need. Great for a family that just needs a garage freezer for some excess food.

Love the freezer perfect size but it does frost a lot so occasionally we scrape down the ice but other then that it’s quiet and keeps everything frozen

Very happy with this freezer. I was looking for something to use as a back up one and if my power went out. I have a portable generator so it would be easy for me to connect a standalone appliance to the generator. I was looking for a smaller one but the price for this one was so much more economical and less expensive than the smaller ones. Freezer was delivered within two days of my order; very easy installation. It works great.
