Bought this as a gift for daughter and son-in-law. Perfect smaller size freezer for their home.

I just bought this today so I can only attest to the buying experience as well as the packaging of the unit at this point. Buying was a breeze with Best Buy. I bought my unit online and it was ready for pick up at my local Best Buy in less than an hour. I was in the store for all of seven minutes and we had the unit loaded up in the truck and were on our way. I was very pleased with how the unit was packaged as well. Foam surrounded the entire unit and all shelves were securely taped in place and had foam around them to ensure that they didn't bang around and break. Not a single scratch or dent was anywhere to be found on the unit. As we had to slightly tilt the unit during transport, we're waiting the standard 24 hours to allow the oil to settle before operating the unit. I'll update any significant pros or cons that I experience down the road but must say that I'm extremely pleased with my purchase at this point.

So far i just love this little freezer. It is just what I needed for my extra items. I have a thermometer in it and it is staying the proper temperature. The delivery people were very nice and did a good job.

Great price for an economical freezer. It's great to use as an extra freezer for special Things that I make.

Needed a freezer but had a very small footprint to fit it in the garage. This freezer is perfect. Much better than a chest freezer which is what I was originally looking for.

needed a freezer fast because our refrigerator broke down and we had a lot of meat in the freezer. so we purchased this freezer from best buy. Very good and affordable

Loving it so far. Only issue is if you let it shut too hard its almost impossible to open.

I guess the most important thing about a freezer is does it keep food frozen and it does that very well, like most other freezers would. It would be nice if it had adjustable shelves. The only other issue I have with it is that mine is in my basement. Basement floors are never level. This freezer has adjustable feet only on the front side making it impossible to level without placing a 3/8 inch square of plywood under one of the back feet which do not adjust.

It fits great in the smaller space we have in our garage. We just purchased it, and everything has stayed cold—the door does stick "hard," and you have to push it hard to shut. Our kids aren't used to it and have left it open because they didn't make sure it was completely shut. So, this is just a tip to consider when purchasing.

Brought the freezer home, plugged it in and immediately it got cold! I have nothing bad to say about this freezer. Great size, just the perfect size.

Love this stand up freezer. It doesn’t take up much space, and I love how I can easily find everything.

It is prefect for small spaces and it does the job.

I had one before but had to sell it due to moving out of state. We are going to purchase another one today. Perfect size. Not to big and not to small.
