Great garage freezer. Just the right size/price for me. I've had it a couple of months now (Austin, TX + 100 degrees) and it worked flawlessly. Very quiet. No on door temp. display so I bought a $5.00 round thermometer from Amazon for a shelf inside. 100% recommend for this size freezer. Best Buy delivedr in garage and took away the cardboard.

This was a great value purchase. We were in need of additional freezer space but did not have alot of room. The standup shelves allow for easy to find and access items as opposed to having them buried in a traditional freezer box.

I had been planning to get a stand alone freezer for a while. With the pandemic, it seemed worth moving it up. For us, the size is perfect - there are only two of us. And the smaller footprint fits well in the space. It is quiet. The only thing is that we have to be careful opening it because, even though it is now full, it will still shift when opened. So, we use two hands - one to open the door and one to hold the freezer in position. I assume this means the seal is good.

This is a very freezer, lots of space for overall size. I really like it, it's just right for our family. I have packed so much in this freezer. You have to make sure it is balanced which is bery easy to do. The door was a little hard to open but once it was balanced it opened easy and I like the bottle part up top. The only thing I wish it locked, but you can buy them really cheap.

I needed more freezer space, but don't have much room. My kitchen in the size of a matchbox, and my living and dining room is one combined room. This smaller, upright freezer is just right in that dining area. It doesn't overwhelm the space and stick out like sore thumb. It freezes well and holds enough overflow for my family of 3. I have had to defrost it a few times, as this is not a frost free.

I decided to buy a small freezer since our new fridge freezer section its not big enough for our needs and this new freezer its just wow plenty of room also the temperature control knob its just set at less than half way and food its solid frozen and no ice build up will recommend thumbs up and 10 stars rating

I really like the fact that this freezer has shelves. Most stand alone freezers we found are chest freezers. The size of this freezer is perfect for our small family. The only downside is that it is sometimes hard to open. Not sure why. Also, there is no light inside of the appliance. It’s not a big deal since there is a light in the room

We’ve needed some extra freezer space since we moved to another house and the ice cube maker took up 1/3 of the freezer space . All that was necessary was a few feet more and this was perfect. It has a lot of space for its small size and is very quiet. According to the electrical usage sticker it doesn’t use much electricity, but since we have it in our garage in Houston’s Summer heat, it runs often. It was a great purchase and I’d recommend it to my friends.

True to description. Compact size. Easy to place in small space. good value for size. Better design than chest freezer. Easy to access to food. Easy to organize. Nice chrome finish which used in kitchen even tho I’m using in garage. Will recommend to others to purchase

I appreciate the size and am glad it works down to an older temp. Than most that advertise garage ready.

We were looking for a modest size freezer at reasonable cost and this Insignia 7 cubic foot fit perfectly with our needs. It is handsome looking, fits the space, is energy efficient, was much more reasonably prices than other options, and has been working well in the first few weeks.

I bought it for it's compact size. It fits in my small pantry perfectly. Door hinge was easy to switch. It is surprisingly quiet. No ice build up like others reported, but have not owned very long. I can now use my fridge/freezer ice bin to make and hold ice.(as I have extra freezer space now)

Love the Size! Tall and Narrow - Love the shelves versus drawers. Super tight seal and no Handle for opening - I like that! I like the fact that grandkids cannot open without help.

No more loosing stuff to the void! So much better than the chest style freezers where stuff gets buried and forgotten about. Has a pretty decent amount of storage space and everything is right where you can see it so you know exactly what you have and is easily accessible without having to move everything around to get to it. Some people are complaining about the shelves not being wide enough and falling down, I can honestly say I have no such issue with my freezer, the shelves fit fine and have no problems. Granted it's not a fancy freezer, but it does what it's intended to do, keep your stuff frozen, and it does it well. Would be nice if it was frost free, but so far I haven't had any problems with ice buildup, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We used the chest style for years but this one makes it so easy to find and remember what is being stored while using less than half of the floor space. Great choice for the space conscience consumer. I would buy again.

Runs quite, has enough capacity to store food. It is better than chest freezer to organize the food.

It's just the two of us so we didn't need a large freezer. This one being upright is so much better than the chest type we previously owned. It does not take up much real estate but has great capacity for what we use it for. My only con about this freezer is that it does not come with a basket at the bottom, so anything stored there seems to slide toward the door. The unit is very quiet and freezes fast. Good choice for this household.

If your looking for a small upright freezer that is quiet this is it. Perfect for small spaces and hold alot.
