We bought the floor model so there were a few bumps and bangs, but we knew that when we bought it. It runs just fine. So happy we decided on an upright it is plenty big and easy to find our frozen items.

Lots of room for left overs/bulk items small enough to be in a basement

This is a very handy sized freezer for a one-person household. Just big enough to hold ice, frozen dinners and anything else I need, but not so big that I can't keep it full. Seems to work very well (although the first one delivered didn't work at all, the replacement process was very easy and the second one works just fine.)

The fridge is large enough to store a lot of containers. The machine is also very quiet which is important to us because it is sitting in the closet of our spare bedroom.

We needed a small freezer for the garage and this is perfect! It holds more food than we thought! Even works well when the temperature rises in the garage and is small enough to fit almost anywhere.

The 1st freezer that was delivered was flawed. The door couldn’t be opened. I’m disabled;so, I thought that was the problem;however, 2 of my neighbors tried opening the door together;&, couldn’t budge it. I tried resolving things over the phone with bestbuy;but, the nature of my disability left me u able to deal with them after 3 hours. I had to get my ex wife to call. The phone agents took an additional 5 hrs to connect me with someone who could help. The gentleman she spoke with at the west Ashley store was superb. I only wish she hadn’t lost the paper she wrote his name on. They had the old refrigerator picked up;&, the new one shipped. It took some time;but, it got here. I’m happy with this new one. It still sticks;but, I’m able to open it;&, it keeps all my items frozen. The top shelf is very narrow. If you put anything that will just fit in the space in there, you will have to defrost the freezer to get it out. This may not be large enough for 2 people. My ex wife meal preps my food. 2 weeks of glass containers;&, some ziplock bags will fit.

Purchased during Pandemic. Hard to find but Buy came through. This was delivered right on time. Lightweight and easy set up. The only issue being it’s hard to open and does not have a handle. Other than that it’s a good little freezer which holds a decent amount of food the shelves. And the price was very fair! Best Buy not gouging like many freezers that you find online.from other retailers.

great mini freezer. very spacious and does its job. only complaint is that door is hard to open or would move if not holding the freezer.

This little freezer is awesome. Moving everything out of our small 5 cu. ft. chest freezer and into this one was a great idea. I can't say that i've got a full 2 cu. ft. of empty space after doing so because of the way the shelves are positioned, but I will say that getting things in and out of it are so much easier and definitely worth the change.

Perfect size! Its quite and sleek. Easy to use and clean.

The problem I have with this unit is it does looses temperature fast when left open. You trade convience of being able to find everything and small form factor vs a chest freezer that holds temp when open but can't find items as fast due to being buried. Overall I'm happy but you definitely need a wifi freezer alarm in case the door doesn't get closed or you will have a thawed out often

My husband and I are in our 60’s, so we only wanted a small freezer, to stock up on frozen sale items. All of the small ones were box freezers and things just pile up on 1 another. This is absolutely the best small family freezer we could have asked for! It has shelves in it, so everything stays nice and organized. Don’t hesitate to buy one, it’s worth every penny!

Its a freezer. My chest freezer died so I wanted an upright to replace it. I looked around and most freezers this size were $350 to $400. I have been suing this for a month now. Looks good, has a nice tight seal, and there is good space inside. Every froze in 4-6 hours. Overall a good value for the money.

Awesome sized freezer and very easy to put together! Holds all of our extra meat and frozen foods that we can’t fit in our normal freezer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an extra freezer

This upright freezer is very functional and a staple for any family needing some extra freezer space. It’s the perfect size, not too big and not too small - just right. It’s also great for those with a low budget as it doesn’t cause you to break the bank. We love it and are very very happy with our purchase - it freezes like a champion. Absolutely love it!!!

I have this in my garage. It runs very quietly. Big drawback: no door handle. If I yank the door hard I pull forward the entire freezer. I have to use one hand to hold down the freezer while the other hand yanks it open. Minor drawback: no interior light. No big deal since I have a bright overhead garage light.

I had this freezer few days ago and am so happy with it .. it cools food so quick and its big enough to store whatever I need and its very quiet i barely can hear it .. the only cons is its not sturdy enough it keeps moving when trying to open it but otherwise its a good freezer for the price

If there were 10 Stars I would give them... This freezer has do simplified my life. I can now see all the food I have frozen rather than dig though a chest freezer. I am amazed at how much this little guy can hold... and is very quiet. It is also the perfect size for my needs... thank you best buy!

Perfect freezer for our use! Upright is much easier to use than a chest freezer. Froze quickly. Purchased 1/2 of a beef and the size was spot on. Will not hesitate to purchase another one if we go with the whole beef next year.
