So far so good. I have had good experiences with Insignia products, and so far this has been no exception. It gets really cold. So cold that ice cream gets rock hard. The 26 year old compact freezer that I replaced was barely freezing. Got cold quick too. Holds a good bit of items too.

I'll only rate this as a 4 star, since it's only been in use for a month, but it was cold and ready to go within 24 hours. Fits nicely in our pantry and we like the upright design vs. a chest freezer. Suits our needs perfectly. One of the shelves shattered during transit, still waiting for it to be replaced, but that doesn't affect my rating or how the unit functions

Returned the first one. It didn't seem to be getting and staying cold enough and there was this water running sound all the time. The new one however works great.

Love this so far, it was packed immaculately and is a very nice freezer. The perfect size for what we needed and looks great. The shelves are very nice and easy to remove when needed. I love that they are glass too so you can see through the bottom if needed but are solid so things don't get hung in those wire racks, etc.

Bought this freezer at end of august and drove to the Best Buy store in flint to pick it up. When i got there i gave my receipt to a an employee just inside the door. The employee got my freezer from a hold area 50 feet away and he and another person loaded it into my truck. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and was very impressed with the service. After letting the freezer compresser settle over night (very important) i leveled and wiped down the inside of the freezer. The freezer works very well and is also very quite. You will not even know it is running. I am very happy with this freezers size also. It gives you ample shelf storage space without the freezer taking up to much space. I give this model 5 stars.

This freezer fits the bill perfectly. We initially bought a 5-cu.ft. chest freezer but it was hard to get the items at the bottom of the freezer. This Insignia freezer was a breeze to get to the things we need and easy to see when we're out of stock of items we usually buy. I'd recommend this and the price is just right!

Great freezer for in the garage - just the right size for us. Enough shelves to be able to organize containers well. Delivery was on time and professionally done.

We haven't had it that long, but so far it's doing what it's supposed to do. I will say that I am surprised how quiet it runs. We have it in our garage and i forget it's there because it's so quiet. It also fits the space nicely. We were going to go with one double the size (and double the price), so glad we chose this size. Just what we needed! We purchased the extended warranty as well. As far as Best Buy, the whole process was seamless from researching to buying online and picking up. The gentleman that brought it out to the car, loaded it up very carefully. 5 Stars!

I bought this about a week ago because my pull out freezer attached to my fridge only works sometimes. I noticed my food was starting to thaw and I needed a freezer immediately! I wanted something small but not too small and I found this freezer which is so cute! Once it was cold enough I put all my food in and everything was frozen within 15 minutes. I read a helpful review that stated not to turn the dial all the way to max like so many people did which led to the freezer malfunctioning within the first day of having it.

Perfect size for me and my husband, I like the shelves inside as we place different meats on each one. We did get a package of chicken stuck on very top shelf, had to defrost to get out, no more meat up there.

We were looking for a small freezer to use as an overflow for our kitchen refrigerator/freezer. This is a perfect addition since it holds quite a bit. We are now able to stock up on frozen food without worrying if it will fit in our kitchen freezer. It is also very quiet. Peace of mind especially during the pandemic

So far I am enjoying this freezer, it is nice and compact and it still holds a lot. Previously I had a larger full size Kenmore freezer but it went out after 20 years, so I purchased this one and it freezes well and it's perfect for my husband and I since it's just the two of us. So glad we decided to get it.

I bought it cuz fridge doesn’t fit too much in the freezer. This Size is great not too big not too small and have a good size for distribution inside of it too

We drove 104 miles to buy this freezer, because all the stores were sold out due to COVID-19 & it is worth every penny! It takes up less space than a traditional chest freezer, and the amount of food that fits is unbelievable! This upright freezer makes it so much easier to store & find whatever you are looking for. LOVE IT!!!

Love all the shelves, which make it much easier to pick out the food rather than having to dive to the bottom of a chest freezer, so far very pleased with our purchase

It is a decent freezer. Set it to the lowest setting so it runs less to save some power and a thermometer i used still said it was at °0. Which is great. Ice accumulated pretty quick. It is a hassle to deal with and i think an auto defrost function would of made this absolutely perfect for my situtation. It is not loud when it runs. I had to switch way the door opened and that was fairly easy to do. Easier if you had someone tilt it up to get to the bottom hinge, but i just tipped it against a counter for access.

This freezer is the perfect size. It holds all of our overflow from our kitchen freezer, and it was easy to get down our narrow basement stairs. A chest freezer tends to bury everything and one has to dig to find things, so we like this upright freezer because it's much easier to access all of the items.

Easiest purchase ever. The freezer is perfect size and easy to use. Holds all my frozen goods and everything is easy to find. They picked up the old one and put the new one in its place. Very satisfied with the product and the service

Upon finally getting this product available to be ordered online and then receiving it it was easy to see why it’s hard for them to keep it in stock. The design is very sleek and the size fits perfect in my laundry room and of course it being upright makes it a lot easier to organize and locate what I’m looking for.

We just needed some extra freezer space & this was the perfect size for the space in our garage. We couldn't figure out how to switch the the door to open on the opposite side considering that was one of the reason we bought it and would be great considering my fiancee is left handed. We attempted geek squad but that was the worst.
