This was the best investment i purchased for my home. It has multiple shelf space. It keep everything cold and frozen. I had to get a upright freezer so i do t have to do a lot of bending. Easier to arrange my food by the due dates. Definitely recommend this item.

I bought this on Black Friday 2019 and picked it up the following night. That being said we haven’t had it very long only about 3 weeks. So far so good no issues and works the way it should. Love that it’s a vertical freezer and we can see everything rather than digging to find what we are looking for. Wish it had a light inside.

I purchased this back in Nov. 2022 (so 5 mos. I've been using it). I needed a bit more space than the stand-alone freezer I had been using. I read the reviews and was super worried about having issues with the shelves falling down/out on me...especially where my hands don't work so well. I just couldn't be worrying about this all the time. To rectify the issue of the shelving, once the freezer arrived I scoped out what the issue was and came up with a solution. I bought - "U Channel Rubber Edge Trim Weather Stripping - 1/2" X 5/16" Automotive U-Shape Rubber Trim Edge Sealing Strip, Insulation Car Door Edge Guards, Covering Sharp Edges - 9.5Foot" off Amazon (I'm sure you can get it elsewhere). This has worked beautifully for us. I had enough to do all the shelves with some leftover. The cost was less than $15 for the weather stripping - which for me, paying that was well worth it. As far as the freezer working well - I have no complaints thus far except if I close it and need to get back in it right away - I have a hard time opening it...but this could just be a "me" issue where I have hand issues from having RA. I did take out the extended warranty simply because things aren't made like they used to be. The freezer came with a crack where one of the shelves rests (not a super bad crack) - instead of taking it back, I called to see if something could be done in the way of giving me credit if I kept it. Best Buy worked with me on that.

Great value for the price. Lots of storage. Adjustable shelves. Kept temperature at minimum and food froze within hour or less. Love that freezer has not iced over.

Looked far and wide for a freezer during the covid19 pandemic and couldn’t find one anywhere. Ordered from a dept. store, and they cancelled the day it was supposed to be delivered. Finally ran across a couple choices online at Best Buy. Excellent price and size for putting in my utility room. Glad it was upright and easy to stock and find frozen foods. Very quiet and keeps everything cold as it should. Bonus: they delivered two days after I ordered!

I am currently in an apartment & the freezer is tiny, so we bought this and love it. It’s the perfect size for my living situation & a good price. I’ve always been happy with insignia products.

Nice small freezer. The door seals very well. We turned it all the way up and it froze things nice and solid. We bought this so we could travel with it in a trailer, but have not traveled with it yet. Very happy with it so far!

First one delivered quit the first day. Got a new one and so far so good. Fingers crossed. I love that its tiny, needed to fit in a small space in the garage. It fits perfectly.....Just needed for freezer overflow. Door has really good suction/seal. Shelves are a bit narrow for track, other rewiews had mentioned this. Didn't seem to be a major issue thus far.

It has been a month since we got the upright freezer from Insignia. It fitted nicely in the laundry room. Delivery was on time and smooth. It cooled quickly in about four hours and the sound that it makes is barely noticeable outside of the room. Initially the door would not open easily possibly but now it’s fine. The size too is appropriate for our family. So far so good.

This garage-ready freezer far exceeded my expectations. The design of this freezer perfectly combines a compact overall size while maximizing the storage capacity.

It's a great little freezer. We put it out in the garage right next to the other one. We're about to shove a quarter cow in there today. It's compact, has a small footprint. We've got no complaints. It would be perfect if it had a light.

Great small garage ready freezer. I have it on my screen porch. It is exactly what I needed. I only had a small freezer in the house and was unable to buy what I needed. Now, I can purchase what I want and I have a place to put it! This will end up paying for itself ! Now I can buy items on sale and also save money on gas since I don’t have to go to the store as often. It works great.

I needed a space for frozen foods as my bottom refrigerator freezer is so inconvenient and I am tired to having to "dumpster dive". It is a perfect size and has a perfect place in my garage. My Great Grandkids already know that is where their special treats are and I now can shop for some specials that I couldn't before. The price was the lowest I found .

Super excited about this little gem. I’ve been filling it up with Gulf shrimp. The size was the right size for enough room for all season of shrimp for my family. The best part besides getting it on sale is that I love it because no more bend over to get my dinner. Loving this upright little gem of a freeze just the right decision.

Really good quality for the price, temperature can be adjusted, fits perfectly for my small kitchen space.

Thank god for slimmer and more organize versus reaching into a chest freezer we don’t have to even keep this on max for it to be very cold. Very roomy and very organized and convenient.

I’ve had it nearly one month and so far no issues. Quiet and keeps everything @ minus 6 F… exactly what I needed. It’s in my office and I barely hear it while I’m working.
