Quiet - great size. Perfect extra freezer - much better than the chest freezers - not sure about the manual frost time will tell.

Great price and a great product Love it a stand up and not a chest

*Forewarning* do not leave the parking lot until you've unboxed it or had an associate help you pull it out of the box. That is, unless you have a Best Buy around the corner. Like many others, ours was heavily damaged. We picked ours up in store to try and avoid shipping damage. We didn't see damage to the box, but upon opening it at home, the top corner of the freezer itself was crushed. We tried to call the store. They had three in stock while we were there, but after our purchase, the website immediately showed they had none. I couldn't call and find out if they still had the other two because I got forwarded to their "national call center" who cannot call the store themselves so they will only read you what you see online. Once everything was said and done the product was okay. The size is perfect, but the shelving isn't very stable and it's not as well insulated as more expensive freezers. Like other commenters have said, The glass shelves aren't quite wide enough so you may have issues with that. It's a manual defrost. It will build up with ice which limits space as it builds up and I think buyers should be aware of that. Taking into account that it's only $300 and you don't have to dig through it like a chest freezer, it's ok. Probably better to just spend a little more money.

Love the freezer. I like that's i don't have to dive in it like my old one. Holds a lot for my little Family. So far so great. I highly recommend this one!

Completely meets our expectations. At mid setting, holding a solid -5F as desired. Plenty of space, clean looking. Delivery was on time, personnel were very helpful with the setup and clean-up.

I purchased this freezer a few weeks ago as I wanted to start cooking more and needed more than the apartment size fridge/freezer that I had to be able to take advantage of sales or bigger quantity purchases. I wanted an upright as I am on the shorter side and didn't want to have to use a stool to get to the bottom. In addition, I think it allows better organization as well. Unsure what I think about the glass shelves. I wish it was frost free but without going really big, I couldn't find one.

This freezer was an excellent buy for us. It stands tall and sleeker than appears in the photo. Does not take up a lot of room, for what it holds! It has a tight seal and we loaded each shelf and had extra room.

Got the first one and the control was hanging loose. Inserted it and thought that was all that it needed. Six days later everything in the freezer had thawed out (everything had been frozen solid when placed in the freezer.) Took it back and they replaced it. All is well now. I would have given it a 5 star but for the first unit being faulty. Very quiet and just the right size for one person.

My review is not a review per se, I just want to dispute what eas mentione in prior reviews, 1) It is not noisy-in fact it is quite, I usually don't know if it is running or not since it is so quite. 2) Delivery and the state of unit was fine, There were no scratches or bumps. It is doing its job and performing admirably. Negatives are the lack of an inside light and the fact that it is somewhat awkward to open the door, but I knew that prior to purchasing and at the price point forgivable. Other than that I had to spend some time getting it level but that was more due to our floor than the unit itself. I would consider it a very cost effective purchase.

This little freezer can really hold a lot of freezer items! Perfect for the small family or as an extra garage freezer

Great for smaller spaces. Doesn’t take up a large amount of room but is surprisingly spacious in the inside for great storage.

I'm a little late leaving this review. I bought this months into the pandemic and I love it. I got this specific size to ensure that it would fit going down the basement stairs. I like to cook and save leftovers, and to stockpile certain items just to make sure I don't run out, and this is probably the best present I could have given myself during the height of the pandemic. The only thing I don't like is that it's not frost-free (but most freezers aren't) so I defrost it manually once every season or so.

We are very pleased with this freezer. Air tight upright freezer with plenty of storage space. The glass storage shelves add value and beauty to the freezer. Compact size fit perfectly in our garage.

Perfect size freezer for us! So glad we bought it! We put organizer freezer bins in and it is going to be easier to keep organized!

Most of the stand up freezer's I researched started at twice the price of this unit. Very little assembly required. Saves more space and is easier to organize contents than equivalent deep freezers.

So far the freezer is great. Just the right size. I love the upright freezer, so much easier than digging through a chest freezer.
