This is perfect for my family. It allows us to buy a few things in bulk and stock up. But it doesn't take up too much space in the basement. I love the glass shelves. I would recommend this freezer to others.

This is a second freezer. It is much larger then I imagined. It fits nicely in my garage. It works great. I have no issues. I absolutely recommend this freezer. I think the price is very fare and it’s a great value

Freezer is small and compact but able to hold a lot of items. Previously, I had a small chest freezer and I like the fact that I don't have to dig all the way to the bottom to find my items.

Great size for a back up freezer, easy to get to the items in it, unlike a chest freezer where the stuff at the bottom gets forgotten,

Got it for the pandemic. Delivered during the pandemic, which was awesome. The freezer itself is pretty roomy considering its size and holds alot of items. It is great that you can find everything because it is upright.

It runs quietly and has lots of space there is just the two of us so this freezer lets us get stocked up for winter. Along with our refrigerator’s freezer we will have plenty of room for sale items and necessities.

Got the first one and the control was hanging loose. Inserted it and thought that was all that it needed. Six days later everything in the freezer had thawed out (everything had been frozen solid when placed in the freezer.) Took it back and they replaced it. All is well now. I would have given it a 5 star but for the first unit being faulty. Very quiet and just the right size for one person.

I purchased this freezer a few weeks ago as I wanted to start cooking more and needed more than the apartment size fridge/freezer that I had to be able to take advantage of sales or bigger quantity purchases. I wanted an upright as I am on the shorter side and didn't want to have to use a stool to get to the bottom. In addition, I think it allows better organization as well. Unsure what I think about the glass shelves. I wish it was frost free but without going really big, I couldn't find one.

Great little freezer! No frills but does the job needed for having a little extra freezer space. Much easier to see items on the shelves instead of digging through a chest type freezer.

*Forewarning* do not leave the parking lot until you've unboxed it or had an associate help you pull it out of the box. That is, unless you have a Best Buy around the corner. Like many others, ours was heavily damaged. We picked ours up in store to try and avoid shipping damage. We didn't see damage to the box, but upon opening it at home, the top corner of the freezer itself was crushed. We tried to call the store. They had three in stock while we were there, but after our purchase, the website immediately showed they had none. I couldn't call and find out if they still had the other two because I got forwarded to their "national call center" who cannot call the store themselves so they will only read you what you see online. Once everything was said and done the product was okay. The size is perfect, but the shelving isn't very stable and it's not as well insulated as more expensive freezers. Like other commenters have said, The glass shelves aren't quite wide enough so you may have issues with that. It's a manual defrost. It will build up with ice which limits space as it builds up and I think buyers should be aware of that. Taking into account that it's only $300 and you don't have to dig through it like a chest freezer, it's ok. Probably better to just spend a little more money.

Small size works great in our area. Enough space for 2 people any dog food

We bought this upright freezer to replace a chest freezer. We are very pleased & even though it’s small, it’s roomy. My husband & I are very pleased & would definitely recommend to a small family of 1-3 people.

Great for smaller spaces. Doesn’t take up a large amount of room but is surprisingly spacious in the inside for great storage.
