I’ve had it nearly one month and so far no issues. Quiet and keeps everything @ minus 6 F… exactly what I needed. It’s in my office and I barely hear it while I’m working.

Priced well and quiet too. Beware that the sides of the shelves are too short and don't go into the side tabs, or I would have given it 5 Stars. Lots of complaints about that from many buyers.

The only things I do not like is there is no light inside the freezer and the shelfs seem to be a little small compared to the space where they are designed to fit. The freezer was ready to use in just a couple of hours and the delivery from Geek Squad was simple. I think the space is enough fkr a small family as an additional freezer to your main refrigerator.

Perfect size! I needed to replace my big freezer but I didn’t need a full size. This has lots of room without taking up a ton of space. The skinny shelf on top is perfect for bacon and ice packs.

Perfect Freezer for a small space. An upright is so much easier to use vs a chest! We use this for extra game and it works great

Not sure my review went through, so re-sending, as I believe this should be remedied: the freezer is operating well, however I have an issue with the shelves. They are not wide enough to safely hold the shelf in place. They have fallen several times, and being glass, I am just waiting for them to break!

This was not my first choice but I am glad I decided on this product as it has proven to be super efficient and quiet and very little ice build up.

We had a chest freezer earlier. It was always a struggle to see things stored at the bottom, and an even bigger challenge to dig them out! So I started shopping around for something better. I read hundreds of reviews and compared product pictures, finally zeroing on the insignia upright freezer. The size is perfect for the mud room/ garage/ basement or even an apartment. It has a lot of deeper shelves Which help sort and store products in an organized manner. I can easily see stuff and get them out without freezing my hands!

I was scared to order this due to some of the reviews. I've had it for a month. Love everything about it. Has enough room to freeze enough food for two weeks or more.

iT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED! VERY SPACIOUS YET COMPACT ENOUGH NOT TO TAKE UP TOO MUCH SPACE IN APARTMENT. GREAT FOR STORING EXTRA FOOD. ALSO DOESN'T USE THAT MUCH ELECTRICITY.

I bought this to replace a worn out chest freezer. Its amazing I dont loose food at the bottom anymore. It doesnt build up ice inside like others i have had. Its about a year old now and I would recomend this to anyone that needs a freezer that takes up a small footprint.

Bought it in Nov 2022. So far so good. A bit smaller than I thought: it can store about the same as my 5 cu. ft. chest freezer. But it is very easy to organize stuffs than a chest freezer. Regardless, I'm happy with it. Definitely recommend.
