First freezer was dented but replaced immediately

I bought the freezer online and picked up the first one at the store. Upon opening the box at home, I noted there was a "not so small" dent in the bottom of the freezer. I did not even try it. A new one was offered for delivery before I could even request a replacement. They delivered the new one, unpacked and took away the old one. Great service so far at a good price. Just the size and upright that I was looking for. I have always found their service top notch.

Great little freezer

My one complaint is the lower shelf of the freezer had shattered at some point during and when noticed it when it was unboxed. They sent a replacement but sent the wrong one. Otherwise this is a great freezer.

Best extension to an existing refrigerator!

Definitely the best upgrade more useable space and very roomie. Love using the small shelf above the main part of freezer to keep ice trays to make Ice cubes. Have been using for 4 months don't know how I could have lived without it as an extension to my refrigerator.
