Although it was hard to get due to Pandemic, once I actually got mine everything was great. We had actually bought this months earlier and the day before delivery, our money was refunded. Actually found out from the credit card company that Best Buy had over sold their inventory. The curbside pick up was perfect and very easy. Set up of the freezer was simple. Unboxing went great. No scratches or dents, everything looked great. The unit is extremely quiet, I actually thought it wasn't working until I put my ear to the unit. I've had it stocked for a month or so and everything is great.

Perfect for a couple/small family/narrow garage space like us. We get extra of sale items at costco and store them for ease and keeping junk food or lots of meal prep out of the general eating area. We recently got 4 big containers of folgers coffee 2$ off and now they're in the bottom shelf. Fits perfect. We made a giant pot of basic soup, now we take out one at a time, add our proteins and extras. So convenient. And we really didn't need a giant one. The depth was perfect for us. Seals really well.

The freezer is just the right size. It holds a lot of food.

This is definitely an upgrade from my small chest freezer and just what I was looking for. With the pandemic, I needed a larger freezer and preferred an upright and this suits my family just fine, it's just my husband and I and we have been able to stock the freezer and the freezer on our refrigerator in no time at all. The only thing that I don't like is that it isn't frost-free but as long as I keep the temperature low, it's not a big problem. So glad I made this purchase.

We were sick of the digging / forgetting about items in our chest freezer. This unit is the perfect size for our needs and didn't break the bank. A handle and interior light would've been nice but can live without - no complaints here.

It's has plenty of shelves. It is better to keep the food organized than the box one i replaced with this one. It's is sleek and slender and fits perfectly in its spot.

I love my little freezer! It's exactly what I need, it runs quietly, optimizes inside space, and closes/seals wonderfully.

As other reviews have stated, the shelves are too short. It also takes a while to freeze items. For example, my regular fridge freezer will freeze a small bag of milk within a few hours. This freezer takes a few days to freeze the same bag. The first built-in shelf does not freeze anything. All other shelves only have one option to set the glass, which doesn’t give much options. It also creates lots of frost. The door also seals so tight that the freezer moves as you fight to open the door. Overall, would recommend for tight budgets, but would have preferred to save more money and buy a better freezer.

Great freezer. Roomy. The drawers are indeed slightly smaller as other reviews say, but upon trying it out myself, it is not an issue and you can simply center it if you knock it to the side by accident. It makes some sound as any other freezer does, but it's not annoying.

Great price for quality freezer. So far super pleased with the freezer. Plenty of room for extra supplies and goods. Looks sleek and fits in space perfectly.
