Perfect size and works well. However—packaging was HORRIBLE. The shelves are glass and one of mine was completely shattered, which we didn’t know until it was home and unboxed. Costumer service had their hands tied. They couldn’t send just a shelf, didn’t have any in stock anywhere close, and wouldn’t honor free shipping for a new one sent to my home (even if I returned the broken one separately). This is the only reason I knocked off a star. I bought an extended warranty but hope it holds up. Despite broken shelf, seems to operate just fine otherwise.

This little freezer holds enough for a family of four… unless you’re doomsday prepping… it’s big enough to hold a couple processed deer… even though it’s not frost free it really doesn’t build up that much…

Works great so far. Nice size and I like the glass shelves. All of the other ones I looked at had wire shelves which felt cheap.

This freezer is a great addition to our garage and serves as a back-up to our fridge freezer. It’s not huge, but I like that it doesn’t take up too much room. The shelves are nice, just be sure it’s level so they work properly.

Great service and mannerism from the warehouse worker who delivered it to the front pick-up area of Best Buy. I love my upright freezer! I was fortunate to have had no dents, however, I was aware of the possibility - considering the shipping & handling process. I had it for about 3 months with minimal frosting. I foresee myself defrosting it maybe once a year. It provides easy access to food items, it takes up minimal floor space, and it's aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

It was damaged at the bottom when I opened the box. But it works ok. I was told there wasn’t any in stock to replace it so I asked for a discount I was sent a 35$ gift card, I asked for the to be put into my account .

Bought this freezer to store extra meat. Nice freezer, not too small not to big. Would highly recommed if you need a mid-size freezer without soending alot of money.

I ordered this freezer online for additional storage during the corona virus pandemic. It arrived two days later. The box it came in was in good shape, but the top back of the freezer was dented and a little banged up. Everything else was fine. I didn’t send it back due to the shortage in availability of deep freezers. Set up was easy and it got cold quickly. It has great seal, but is hard to open because of it. Due to it’s light weight, you have to hold it firmly with two hands to open or the entire freezer will shift on you.

I bought mine two years ago and it’s still doing great. Very happy with this purchase. I keep it in my garage plugged into a long heavy duty extension cord and have had no issues. I just defrosted it for the first time the other day. See the pic to show how much frost built up.

After reading reviews I left it unplugged for 24hours to be safe. Plugged it in and it started working great. Leave the dial at halfway point and it stays nice and frosty. Slight hum barely noticeable. Great deal. Definitely recommend
