I was a little hesitant to buy because of the reviews of the shelves not fitting right. Mine is perfect. I have had a couple of chest freezers before and it's so hard to see what you have. I love the upright. It's the perfect size for me.

We find it excellent with shelves instead of a pit with one basket for food. It weighs only 100lbs so is easy to put in place as well as its small size. We got a small thermostat from Amazon with a probe to constantly show us the temperature and provide an alarm if the temperature goes out of range. Perfect solution for us.
