So far we're nowhere near needing to defrost it. It really holds a lot for the size and is easy to keep organized and see what we have. I would definitely recommend this if you're considering it. We're a household of two and I like to batch cook and freeze things and it was the perfect size for us.

Good deal but dented

Already picked up, unloaded, unpacked, do you pack back up & return? Second item this month that has delivery damage...plugged it in & is working...will keep, but not sure about future orders...

Phenomenal freezer for smaller spaces!

I had a specific space size that all other freezers wouldn't of fit, but this one does! Only took about an hour or so for it to be fully frozen. I highly recommend it.

The freezer has a great size. It is noisy so if you keep it inside be aware of this. The reason why only 4 stars is that it does not have a handle or space to open. You have to hold the body of the freezer and the edge of the door and then pull apart. Sometimes it’s very difficult to open.

I found this one @ Best Buy. I was concerned with the size. To my surprise it holds a lot !!. It has wheels on the back to easily slide into place. Also has adjustable option to level it. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Called Best Buy and they cod take it back but couldn't get me another one. I needed it fo the meat I bought...a whole hog. I got the temp control knob to stay on and so far it's been working fine. I even bought the extended warranty on it.
