First unit picked up never got cold enough. Had to carry back. They delivered the replacement unit for free. Unit was not assembled correctly, but I popped the temperature control module in place. Just make sure to look over the unit inside and out before letting the delivery guys go. Mine was simple to fix, but yours may not be the case. Other than that this unit got to freezing temperature okay. So far so good.

Nice unit, keeps food at zero degrees or colder. Used to replace 12 cubic foot unit. Shelves perfectly accommodate Sterilite 16qt plastic bins making organization easy. I am more disciplined about overbuying. Site feedback was right about shipping damage; took two tries to get an undamaged unit.

I had been thinking about getting s freezer but did not want a chest freezer as I hate it when items get "lost" in the bottom. I went to see my Nephew recently and he had this little upright. As soon as I got home, I ordered one for myself. Great freezer for a small family. Does not take up much room, I can see what I have at a glance and foods don't disappear to the bottom. Would highly recommend!

I have been searching for an upright freezer for a while now. When I saw the price of this one I got it. I live in an apt so I didn't want anything too big. This freezer is the perfect size!!! It fits so much inside and its super quiet. Best purchase of the year so far.

The perfect second freezer does not take up a lot of space and can fit plenty of food.

We've had this freezer for 8 months and I love it! So far we're nowhere near needing to defrost it. It really holds a lot for the size and is easy to keep organized and see what we have. I would definitely recommend this if you're considering it. We're a household of two and I like to batch cook and freeze things and it was the perfect size for us.

We have only had this freezer for a few weeks but it seems to be doing what we purchased it for. It is quiet , doesn't seem to run a lot, feeling the back panel it is usually cool meaning the compressor doesn't run alot.

The size is excellent for small family it works good I'm happy the price is very cheap

Great option to freeze your items, and still be able to manage/rotate for freshness. I think that is definitely the best feature for a stand-up freezer compared to a chest freezer that can easily have food go bad because it is buried at the bottom and forgot about. Great for a starter freezer, the size I feel is good, but I will probably upgrade in the future to a bigger size.
