Perfect size for the purpose needed. Why pay more for a larger freezer when you don’t need all that space?

The freezer is fine, but I picked it up curbside and noticed the bottom corner of the box was crinkled. After getting it home & leaving it upright for a few hours, we took the box off & it was smashed in the corner where the box was crinkled. Looks like a pallet fork smashed it. Tried to get some money off instead of the inconvenience of loading it back up & returning to the store & waiting on another one and haven’t heard a word back, just an automated response of return it to the store. I don’t live near the store so we just placed blocks of wood under the smashed corner and so far it runs just fine.

Great freezer. Held 3 deer and still has some room leftover. a great addition to my garage!!! I will be buying another one to go next to it next deer season.

A perfect size for our needs. A upright like this is much easier to access than a chest type. Works great (in the garage)! When you close it, it definitely feels sealed.

The freezer itself is great, but the entire experience dealing with Best Buy support was atrocious, between cancelled deliveries, damage to the initial shipment, etc. I will definitely think twice about ordering through Best Buy again! Not worth the hastle I had to go through. Original order was placed on 12/22 for delivery on 12/26, which was DAMAGED! Do you still want it, they asked! Of course we said NO! But didn't receive the replacement until Jan 3rd, after they repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled deliveries.

Perfect size, efficient. Holds everything we need it to hold, and I like the top section for frozen pizzas. Not frost free, but we knew that when purchasing - we ordered some frost-free mats to put on the shelves and that works great.

We love our deep freezer. My dad and I would constantly fight over freezer space and now we don’t have to anymore! We love this product. Highly recommend

So far so good. This was purchased as a garage freezer. It's a good size (not too small, not too big) and came at a great price. It has been working very well for the first few months. It has an excellent seal and is exactly what we were looking for.

So far so good. i was afraid it would be too big but it's just the right size. i had actually ordered a similar freezer from a competitor that was going to take 3mths to be delivered. i logged onto BestBuy one night, purchased it and picked it up the next day. i have a mid-sized SUV and it fit in with the front seat laid down.

Great freezer! It has a lot of space to store food and does not take a lot of space in the home. I loved that about it.

I am so happy with this upright freezer. I had been looking for an upright freezer for months and nobody had one. They were selling so fast when Covid-19 started. It is so nice to just open it and find what I need oppose to digging through the square one I have. Its like a box. It also looks nice and doesnt take up space.

I wish it had an interior light and I would recommend buying one with a function light on the outside I lost about $500 worth of meat because the door wasn’t closed. Completely my fault not the freezer, if I would’ve bought one that has a warning light on the outside I could’ve prevented that.

I was looking for a freezer to store the sizeable surplus of vegetables farmed in our backyard garden. We were not keen on chest freezers since easy access to timestamped packets was the main criteria. This upright freezer was the perfect choice. Just wish it had internal lights.

I bought this freezer because I needed more space. Never was excited about a chest freezer due to accessibility. I have been very happy with this freezer so far and would recommend.

This freezer was a right on time buy. The space is good for a family of 5 or 6. I already have 2 refrigerators, but there was not enough space in the freezers. So this 7’ upright freezer keeps me from overloading the others. Because it is upright, I can see what I’m searching for without having to move other frozen foods.
