I bought this freezer because I needed more space. Never was excited about a chest freezer due to accessibility. I have been very happy with this freezer so far and would recommend.

Working great. Bought a surge protector for it at another site just in case . But I'm happy with the purchase . Delivery drivers were fantastic and very careful getting it out of the truck and at my door

Compact size. Great storage. Lightweight. My husband loves this for his shop as extra storage space for freezer items.

Plenty of room and you dont need to remove everything to find something

Have only had this freezer for about 3 weeks. Just the right size for 2 people. Purchased because we have counter depth side by side refrigerator/freezer that doesn’t hold a lot. Seems to be working just fine.

Excellent for the use I intended. Our school teachers were having to stand out in 118 degree weather. Dangerous conditions. We are putting ice packs in vests to keep them cool.

Great midsize upright freezer, it is 7 cubit ft. It is not bigger than a standard top freezer refrigerator just a tad bit smaller and it convenient to hold what we need. Only down size that did not give it 5 stars in no shelves in the door of the freezer that would have been nice for added freezer food storage.

We love our deep freezer. My dad and I would constantly fight over freezer space and now we don’t have to anymore! We love this product. Highly recommend

I bought this to store fresh vegetables from my garden, great price & nice size. Only downside was it’s not frost free. Even still I would recommend this freezer.

Great for a 2nd freezer. I dont keep it in the garage bug this thing works great so far. Definitely helps me keep my work waters frozen and releive the main freezer of aome space.

I bought this upright freezer to upgrade from a chest freezer. I am liking the amount of space I now have. Love the shelving and it’s a great little freezer.

The freezer itself is great, but the entire experience dealing with Best Buy support was atrocious, between cancelled deliveries, damage to the initial shipment, etc. I will definitely think twice about ordering through Best Buy again! Not worth the hastle I had to go through. Original order was placed on 12/22 for delivery on 12/26, which was DAMAGED! Do you still want it, they asked! Of course we said NO! But didn't receive the replacement until Jan 3rd, after they repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled deliveries.

Nice compact freezer, great for extra garage storage

Great freezer that's got a lot of storage space and does not take too much space in the garage. The door is sealed so well that sometimes it's a bit hard to pull open especially within a few min of closing, but you just need to wait a bit or stick your finger in and pull it open from the corner.

Perfect size for the purpose needed. Why pay more for a larger freezer when you don’t need all that space?

As advertised. Looks great, and works fine in the garage. We processed 20 chickens last week, vacuumed sealed them, and froze them. This freezer stores all 20 comfortably.

Love this freezer. Replaced a chest freezer with this one and food is so much easier to find. The price was much better too! Best Buy's brand Insignia is really comparable to the big brands.

This item fit in our garage perfectly, it keeps the cold things cold, and the hot things hot... ok, not so much on the 2nd part. But it is a great garage freezer for the excess stuff she buys at the grocery store!

Great freezer! It has a lot of space to store food and does not take a lot of space in the home. I loved that about it.
