Damaged & not compensated
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The freezer is fine, but I picked it up curbside and noticed the bottom corner of the box was crinkled. After getting it home & leaving it upright for a few hours, we took the box off & it was smashed in the corner where the box was crinkled. Looks like a pallet fork smashed it. Tried to get some money off instead of the inconvenience of loading it back up & returning to the store & waiting on another one and haven’t heard a word back, just an automated response of return it to the store. I don’t live near the store so we just placed blocks of wood under the smashed corner and so far it runs just fine.

I dont keep it in the garage bug this thing works great so far. Definitely helps me keep my work waters frozen and releive the main freezer of aome space.

But it is a great garage freezer for the excess stuff she buys at the grocery store!

The only downside is it makes a little gurgling sound, but I think thats the compressor and very normal. Its been so helpful having this for extra food

The freezer works as expected - it freezes!?!? The convenience of the front load is more convenient than the ability to store more in a floor freezer. Easier to see what you have and get to them with ease without having to pull a lot out.

We processed 20 chickens last week, vacuumed sealed them, and froze them. This freezer stores all 20 comfortably.

I’m glad it’s upright It’s easy to see your food without standing on your head...cheap to run ,energy star said $70 a year.. perfect for 3 people.. Looks good , slim fit design defrost about 1x a year .. I’m Very happy with it

Roomy freezer

I do however have concerns with how the shelves aort of float in place. Not much holding them there but ive had no iasues with them yet, just doesnt feel very secure.

We have a large garage, but wanted a smaller-sized freezer to make up for our kitchen freezer storage limitation. This was perfect - not too big and not too small.
