Better than chest freezers

We also had a chest freezer which we ended up selling as things would get lost or impossible to get to. This little guy is awesome. Small yet spacious for a few cuts of meat, fish, veggies and ice cream.

Was willing to buy just about anything when this came in stock. After seven months I'm thrilled with the purchase. Delivery was great. Plugged in the freezer, stocked up the next day and never looked back. Holds a good amount of food and temperature seems to remain steady.

Our school teachers were having to stand out in 118 degree weather. Dangerous conditions. We are putting ice packs in vests to keep them cool.

It holds quite a bit of extra meat and other freezer foods. I was suppose to pick a smaller unit up from a competitor and was cheated on an in store pick up order. I found this available for pickup at best buys warehouse after trying to find one for 2 months. Thanks best buy you saved the day. .

We are happy we did. I could not imagine getting things out of the bottom of a chest type freeze if it were full. The shelves make it so easy to store and to get what your looking for quickly. We love it and would recommend this type over a chest.

Bought a surge protector for it at another site just in case . But I'm happy with the purchase . Delivery drivers were fantastic and very careful getting it out of the truck and at my door

Great small area freezer

Holds quite a bit of frozen foods. When I first got it home upon installing it one of the leveling feet was broken. Had to call insignia and request a replacement foot, took about 5 days to receive. World great now.

They have a 15 day return/exchange policy which I didn't realize had changed. I received a damaged product and it was just beyond the return 15 days before I found it and bestbuy offered no options! Bestbuy customer service does not care about your experience. The freezer itself appears to be of good quality and size.
