The door is sealed so well that sometimes it's a bit hard to pull open especially within a few min of closing, but you just need to wait a bit or stick your finger in and pull it open from the corner.

Did not have much room for a freezer and did not need a large size. It is perfect size. Freezes well. Just cannot open repeatedly, must wait a minute or 2 before being able to reopen.

Attempts to contact Best Buy went unanswered. We have 2" of cardboard under the leg to make it level. The freezer works very well. It is the perfect size for a small family. The door seal is very good. We are glad to have it.

Started right up n only took an hour and a half to completely freeze the otterpops id put in there. Glass shelves. I only wish it had door shelves and a few extra slots to move the spacing inside. Otherwise its nice and sturdy.

The size is great for one or two people for extra freezer space. The freezer boasts good aesthetics if you plan to place this in your kitchen or another common area. The only thing that would make this perfect is if it had come with a frost-free option.
