Perfect size. Fit cuts from a whole hog. Packaging was in perfect condition and minimal waste.

The product itself works. Drove 90 miles to curbside pick up it. Got it home and opened it. The bottom was completely bent in and the top was dented. Was not happy!!! Thankfully I was able to get something adjusted with it since there are NO OTHER FREEZERS WITHIN THE AREA!!!

During the pandemic an additional freezer was a must. Freezers every where was sold out even at Best Buy when I actually could purchase one. This one fits nice in my kitchen and perfect for meats can see all frozen foods not like a chest freezer. Also the curbside pick up was a breeze.

The freezer works great and fits better than my previous chest model. Initially there was a mixup about store availability, but the staff handled it very well and in the end, I got a great bargain on the last 7 cu. ft. model in the region.

This was a very good and affordable replacment for our broken chest freezer. Easy to install and has lot of storage space and shelves.

Perfect size and space for a garage freezer. My freezer in my fridge was just not big enough and now with this I have all the freezer room I need.

The freezer is awesome, I am very happy with the purchase, there was one small hiccup, we picked the one that had a control knob for temperature and when we got it home someone had took it out and sold it on the one without it that part upset us

The size is appropriate for my needs in extra freezer space. It is working well and I especially appreciate that it came with a hard copy user guide.

We've had it about a month and have had no problems with the freezer itself. It is kept in the garage and does a good job of giving us additional freezer space. We did go through having to have it reordered because the first one was delivered with dents. Don't try to get something set up for re-delivery within 24 hours. There is apparently something about Best Buy's system that can't handle that properly. We were first told that it would be several months before we could get the replacement, my wife cancelled it. I looked online a couple of hours later, and it showed that we could have one delivered the next week. Don't know where their glitch is, but we had a similar difficulty with a washer that we had delivered.

Bought as overflow for our existing freezer. Small and compact so it can fit anywhere. This is a plain system that does not have auto defrost, but for the price and availability during COVID, it meet our needs and is easier to access items than in our chest freezer.

Great price, is very quiet and works better than I anticipated. Spacious and has lots of shelving for stacking food in. Overall great product, highly recommended.

I had a 5 cubic ft chest freezer, but you can’t organize very well. I purchased this, along with some plastic bins so I now can separate all the meats and know exactly what food I have without digging around.

It is a good freezer. What I like the best it is small enough so you can see everything you have in there but still big enough to put a lot of food in to it. I have two of them and will buy a third one in the next couple of weeks. I have meat, fruit and vegetables separated.

Works like a Charm. Adjustable shelves & up front cold control. Takes up less than 2 ft of floor space. Items are firmly frozen. Happy with our purchase.

I had bad experience buying heavy things online before. So I just thought pick up is best way this time but it was my fault. Box was look good when I pick it up but it had damage on its right leg(about half inch lower) so it does not make balance the freezer. I wanna return again but my wife get tired about that now. So we decide keep it like that. Sad ending. I like this freezer anyway it is working good for now but I cannot give more than 3stars. I think there are lots of damage when you get this product to your store otherwise cannot explain how it get damage lots of same products.

We are happy with the size of the freezer, delivery and service from Best Buy. I gave it 4 stars because we have only had the freezer for a month.

Great little freezer for the garage. The shelves aren't super secured, but I just put some tape to stop them from shifting around.

Although, small it's 7.0cub it freezes great! I do wish it had a drawer at the bottom but the bigger ones do! Just needed some extra room sometimes! It ok for what I need!

It's a very good product that does the job that you need. Allowed my family to move some of our frozen items to it in order to clear room for our main fridge.
