Simple upright freezer. The door interior is just a flat surface. No shelves indoor. Works great. Stays cold and is much easier to arrange than my old chest freezer.

Had to return the first one never completely “froze” the second one works much better but it tends to gather a lot of frost and it is easy not to shut properly love the size

Only had the freezer for about a month but it works great! Perfect for a family of two or three. We love the fact its an upright freezer which makes organization soo much easier vs losing things in a chest.

Great second freezer! We got this for our basement and it’s the perfect size and fits all the additional foods we need.

The only thing I don’t like is that if you shut the door and try to open it back up immediately the suction doesn’t allow for a easy open. You have to wait a few seconds before you can open it again.

Solid freezer, that fits my needs. No built-in light is the only problem I have with this product, other than that, everything is good.

This is a perfect size freezer for the little extra space you need. I downsize from a side-by-side refrigerator to a bottom freezer. This is much better than getting a chest freezer.

Good for the money spent on it! Spacious for a meat freezer like we use it. And is smaller than most so can fit perfectly.

Works fine, quiet. Doesn't hold a lot, as expected, but holds stuff well with all those shelves, makes it easy to find and grab what you want. Had it about a month now, no frost build up, so hopeful we will not need to defrost frequently, but really don't know yet. Wish Best Buy offered a delivery on it, even with a fee, but no. At 100 pounds and awkward box, not good for folks my age to carry inside, wish I had gotten help.

I upgraded from a 3 cubic foot chest freezer, and I love the shelves and ease of finding things. Not a five star because the shelves have collapsed once when I was shifting things around.

Nice freezer. Uses very little energy. It's slim so easy to find a place to put it in the garage. Have not had it long enough to need to defrost, so not sure how much work that will be. Best Buys online buying and curbside pickup was easy.

So far so good, easy to set up and get running. Turned it a quarter of the way and it’s keeping things frozen.

This freezer is the perfect size for my husband and me. Its honestly bigger than I was expecting from the description. It doesn't have a door lock, so it's probably not good for a house with small children. I love it and would absolutely buy it again.

This was a great buy, well worth the price. Its very spacious, doesnt take up a lot of room. Perfect for the extra storage we needed.

Great service ... employee helped load freezer into my truck. Employee who helped with purchase in store was super, also. Brought home, let sit upright for 24 hours ... it works great. Super item ... trust trust Insignia!!

It is the perfect size for the extra freezer from my regular refrigerator. It’s garage ready and I keep it out on my lanai.

Purchased this even though the top shelf at about 3 inches high is rather useless except for maybe ice packs, this is a great little freezer. It keeps the temp at zero or below on the medium setting. The door is sometimes a problem to open due to the great seal. Even though it is about 22 inches wide and deep, the interior shelves are narrow at about 14 inches deep and 16 inches wide. Hopefully it will last a long time before it needs replacement, but would buy again,
