Have not had it long enough to need to defrost, so not sure how much work that will be. Best Buys online buying and curbside pickup was easy.

Its honestly bigger than I was expecting from the description. It doesn't have a door lock, so it's probably not good for a house with small children. I love it and would absolutely buy it again.

Within just a few hours of plugging in, the temperature inside of it was around -4 degrees F and it was worked great since.
