If you let the door shut after you've broken the seal, it is near impossible to get open again immediately, and usually means needing to wait for about a half hour to try again. Overall, it does its job, is easy to organize but the frost is building up faster than expected, the door is a little frustrating and my veggies are quite icy.

Let it sit upright for 24 hours and plugged it in. This size is usually in a chest freezer only. I am so glad I was able to get it in an upright. Great spacesaver and I lo e it!!

Large enough to fit extra food and easy access to getting my food out of it versus a box freezer. Only thing is the seal is so tight sometimes hard to open

The size is the same as other products as far as fitting, however its height makes it twice as big inside without taking more space. This is a good use of space, and it don't use much electricity.

It keeps everything cold and frost buildup has been pretty minimal (I keep it in a dehumidified basement for reference). One thing that I don't know why they cheaped out on is the shelves. They seem to be a little small and can fall through when you mess with them. This hasn't been an issue since I set up the freezer but with everything else being so solid this is a weird thing for the manufacturer to cheap out on.
