The shelves can’t be adjusted but can be removed completely If more height space is needed. It’s very quiet and takes up little room. We are extremely happy with this freezer.

I do wish I had gotten a bigger no-defrost one with a light. It does the job and happy with it. After having a chest freezer, I like the convenience of an upright freezer.

Didn't want that, because it meant pawing through all other items to find the one you wanted. The Insignia 7cf is just super. Plenty of room and everything is in view. Love it.
