Great small Freezer for the price. I'm able to get it down to 0 degrees F and below with the freezer pretty much full in a hot Louisiana garage.

Fits every thing nice and neat ! Easy to set up and doesnt take ip alot of space

This freezer does the job. It maintains proper temperature through temp control and the shelving provides the ability to view and access food/ chilled drinks conveniently.

We needed a small freezer and found this one. It works by well and we are pleased with it.

Great product, no dents or scratches and was easy to unpack. Was cold quickly and seals tightly.

Picked up the freezer, no problem. Set it up, no problem. Switched the door to open on the right (as described) BIG problem. Missing part 168R (received two 168L parts) Used webchat to contact Best Buy - told me I had to get the part from Insignia 1-877-467-4289. Insignia kept me on the phone for half an hour then told me to call their parts company at 1-855-975-6831. By this time parts company is closed for the day. Next day is Thanksgiving, they're closed. Today I called Parts company, they know knowing about replacing the missing part. Called Insignia back - another 15 minutes on the phone, then they tell me to return the freezer to the store. BIG PROBLEM, I no longer have access to a truck. I need the freezer to open from the right, due to the location of the outlet. I can't use it if it opens from the left. HUGE PROBLEM. Insignia is no help and I have no way to return the freezer to the store.

Exactly what we wanted! Something small with plenty of space inside and easy to get to everything. We didn't want something where things were hidden behind other things or lost in drawers!

My mother loves it! She needed an extra freezer and I didn’t want her bending over all time. This works perfect!!!

We have only had it for a month or so, downsizing from a larger freezer that was constantly in need of defrosting. The door on the new freezer seals tightly and we have barely accumulated any frost at all, remarkable during this incredibly hot and humid summer. While the freezer is fine for our use, I do wish that it had an automatic defrosting cycle, and getting all the protective plastic wrap off the exterior was an absolute pain in the neck. I did think that the shipping packaging was good and our unit arrived without any damage at all.

fits my needs perfectly, needed more freezer space than my fridge provided but did not need a full size freezer.

I wanted a stand up freezer and they where all way to big then I came across this one it’s perfect for my family and runs off a regular plug nothing fancy and fits in this small space we had for one

Small but roomy love this freezer I bought it to store more meat during this pandemic and it is holding up well. Love that I don’t have to dig to the bottom to get stuff out like a regular deep freezer
