    It’s okay. The picture isn’t great, and it has trouble with blacks and darker colors. But for the price it’s not horrible. Exchanging for a Samsung today (if I’m paying for a new TV, might as well spend a little more and get a great one).

    This is an ok tv for the price. It tens to lag quite a bit when you turn it on and sometimes the picture stays black untill you press another button on the remote

    I love that it's a smart TV. All the apps are loaded (like Roku). Yet, it's unfortunate that the picture quality isn't always great. It goes blurry quite often. To be 4K, it often looks like HD. Also, at least once a week... well, maybe twice, I have to restart the bugger. Kinda wish I went with Samsung again. :(

    I purchased this TV in July, and I am very disappointed in my purchase. My first TV came with a crack, and the replacement TV is slow to load apps. Someone already has an account on YouTube, but I couldn't get a refund because. I already threw the box away, so I will never buy a TV from them again. They basically just replace my tv with a used one instead of a new TV.

    5-6-2025 Bought this TV. 5-26-25 Hooked to HDMI port and none work. Called BestBuy they said it's past 15 days and to call Insignia. Best Buy gave me Insignia phone number, 877-467-2689 that is a disconnected number. Buyer beware.

    The price was great, but unfortunately, I had to return this because the screen was damaged and I was very careful with it. Even careful when I assembled the feet. Turned it on and the screen had lines on it.

    The picture quality is excellent, but the auto power-off feature is extremely frustrating. The TV shuts off after just five minutes of inactivity, which means if I pause a show to grab a drink, it turns off, and I lose my place. Roku TVs are far superior—I absolutely hate Amazon.

    You get what you pay for. HDMI outlets don’t work. Purchased this and hated the layout so got a google to connect and none of the hdmi ports work and I’m past the 15 day return window. Don’t buy this tv

    Tv freezes or power cycles itself every 5-10 min, Insignia Tech support said it must have a bad motherboard/processor, Had to turn off power strip and then unplug power cord and wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in to reset the tv as the physical buttons on the tv or remote would not work when it is frozen and never unfreezes. Sometimes it would just stop and power cycle in the middle of a show and then your waiting minutes to get back to the show you were watching

    Tv didn’t last 2 months backlight went out worked fine from the day I got it then to only recive a 16 day return on a new item is ridicolus I have purchased many items from Best Buy this was by far the worse exspiernce ever even tho they made it right no tv back light should be going out this fast and the manufacture should be pulling all the insignia TVs with defect I don’t have over 300 to throw away

    We bought the 70” Insignia tv 65 miles from our home. We transported it upright, tied securely and drove under the speed limit. Unpacking it was a pain. They had so much tape going all the way around the tv that included the front of the tv. We unpacked it and set it up with the sound bar. When we turned on the tv we had squiggly swirling lines. We returned it and got the 65” and had no problems with it.
