Best Buy and Geek Squad had us wait a week before some could look at it , then another week for a part then the part is discontinued so now another week to get replaced all while no working dryer ! This dryer and the process with Best Buy is garbage !

Don't but this dryer

Geek squad took a month to fix and refused to exchange. Once fixed worked for 2 weeks and broke again. Took 2 additional weeks for it to be fixed.

Terrible dryer
