Works as advertised. Easy to install and just what we needed

Of course you need this! Who wants to put up with a poor wifi signal? You want good enough internet access out in your back yard so that you can show an Amazon movie on your laptop, or hook up a projector and watch the big game, or connect your wired security cameras, and have a connection that won't lag or drop. This will get the job done. Plug one end into the router and the other end into any device with an ethernet port. This cable has made all my outdoor gatherings more fun. It's also convenient-- it can be rolled up and stored when not in use. Just try not to get it tangled, 150 feet is a lot of cable and you'll be sorting that out for a while.

I replaced an ethernet cable that was giving my issues with my gaming console, my other cable i had bought from Amazon and it would disconnect out of nowhere and that would make my gaming experience frustrating. This cable took care of that issue, my guess is that this cable has superior insulation than the flat ethernet cable I had got from amazon. I haven't had disconnecting issues now with this new cable from best buy.

Bought this for my Xbox and it has helped a lot with my connection. Also good length if your router is in a different room than your console

This is a great product and it is easy to see why I a'm doing this review, because we were having a problem with our wi-fi so, we decided to hard wire the computer to the internet station. Doing this and gives it a better connection and gives it a lot better performance because of this great 14 foot wire. It gives us room to move things around too. I would highly recomend it now. The product is great for reaching remote corners of the house. The connection is fairly reliable but there is some delay at times. Overall, the product worked very well.

This cable is really great. I have an old laptop that no longer will receive a wireless signal. The only way for me to get on the internet with my computer is if it is hard wired. My router is located downstairs and my home office is upstairs, thus the need for a long cord. The length of cord may cut down on a bit of speed, but the lose is negligible. Being able to access the internet is my primary concern, and this Ethernet Cable allows me to do so.

Had to relocate my desktop computer and needed a longer network cable yo connect it to my cable modem/router! Best Buy had a generous supply of cables in various lengths to meet my needs! I chose the longer cable I needed and was pleased at both the quality and price!

Even though its 100 ft long, it is engineered not to loose too much power/speed given its length. Works just as advertised, receiving advertised speeds minus 3-5 % loss of signal due to length but definitely worth it over wi-fi. Highly recommend if you have to be grounded and directly connected to the modem.

I bought this cable to connect a second router to my Xfinity DOCSIS 3.0 Residential Gateway + Router. Comcast is the Internet carrier in our area and the Xfinity Router had to be connected to the cable coming in to the house in the finished basement level. The signal would not reach the upper main level of the house, (could not access Internet) The cable was the perfect length to run run outside a window in the basement, up and across the exterior of the house, and in through a window in the main level, where I connected an old Cisco router. The cable is very durable and has held up perfectly to the outside elements. It was very easy to conceal, had no kinks or creases in it and now our family can enjoy fast surfing via cable or Wi-Fi throughout our entire house.
