Really great, connects quickly, doesn't over power other connections to internet when in use, and have ample extra cord if needed to extend more.

This 50’ Cat-6 Ethernet cable worked perfectly for my setup. I used it to connect two routers in different rooms so I could have a hardwired internet line across the house and extend my Wi-Fi coverage without relying on repeaters or extenders, which usually don’t work well. The cable is solid quality, easy to run between rooms, and provided a stable, fast connection right away. It was a simple and reliable solution for improving internet coverage throughout my home. Definitely recommend it if you want a more dependable alternative to wireless extenders.

This Insignia Cat-6 Ethernet cable worked exactly as expected and gave me a much more stable connection compared to Wi-Fi. I used the 100-foot version to run internet from my router to my gaming setup and the connection has been fast and reliable with no dropouts or lag spikes. Download speeds and ping both improved noticeably while gaming and streaming. The cable itself feels durable and well made. The connectors fit securely and the cable was flexible enough to route along walls and around furniture without being difficult to manage. I also liked that the gray color blends in better than some bright-colored cables. Setup was simple since it’s just plug-and-play. Once connected, everything worked immediately with no issues. For the price, it feels like a solid value, especially if you want a dependable wired connection for gaming, streaming, or working from home.

I recently subscribed to T-Mobile Home Internet but wanted to hard-wire the gateway into my existing mesh network because the standalone gateway doesn’t adequately cover my house. I have a centrally located primary router and 2 remote nodes that provide great coverage, but the cell signal isn’t strong enough in the center of my house or where my old cable modem was located. To physically connect the new gateway to the router, I needed to install a new Cat 6 Ethernet cable between them. Unfortunately the most accessible route to run Ethernet between the new wireless gateway and my router was about 125 feet. I researched a bunch of different cables available at big box hardware stores and online retailers and found a lot of chatter about mislabeled cables that claim to be Cat 6 but are actually Cat 5. Reviews of this cable were all positive so I picked it up and tested it to make certain it was Cat 6 and would handle full speed from the gateway (I’m getting about 250-300 MBPS from T-Mobile). This affordable Ethernet cable will be a negligible investment over time as I’m saving about $15 per month. I now have a solid Internet connection throughout my house at a lower price than what I was paying to the Cable company.

Works very well. I get very high download speeds and very low latency. The 150 foot cable was list long enough to connect my computer to the router that’s on two opposite ends of the house from each other.

We were changing the layout of one of our computer setups, when we discovered we'd be too short on the length of the existing ethernet cable. Thankfully Best Buy was open. We chose the 25' cable (it's available in a number of lengths) as it fit our needs. Got back, threw it in, worked like a charm. Speeds are where there supposed to be, no connection issues. That's about al I can ask from a cable designed for a specific task.

The Insignia 100 ft Cat 6 Ethernet cable is a solid, no-nonsense option if you need a long, reliable wired connection. It’s not flashy, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do—and does it well. Performance-wise, it’s dependable. As a Cat 6 cable, it supports fast and stable speeds for gaming, streaming, or general internet use without noticeable drops or lag. Even at 100 feet, you shouldn’t see any real performance issues, since Cat 6 is designed to handle long runs efficiently. The build quality feels decent for the price. The cable is a bit thicker and sturdier than cheaper alternatives, which gives it a more durable feel when running it along walls or through rooms. The connectors snap in securely, and the strain relief helps prevent wear over time. It’s not ultra-premium, but it doesn’t feel cheap either. One thing to note is that it’s fairly basic—no fancy shielding or braided exterior—but for most home setups, that’s not really necessary. It gets the job done without overcomplicating things. Overall, the Insignia 100 ft Cat 6 cable is a reliable, budget-friendly choice for anyone who needs a long Ethernet run. It’s simple, sturdy, and delivers consistent performance, making it a great pick for everyday use.

My apartment has no wifi but it has ethernet ports. My computer is pretty far from the ethernet plug so my cable has to stretch pretty far. It's been stepped on and played with by cats and it's still perfectly fine. Good speeds on it too.
