New was heavy duty compared to my old flimsy one, and since I was going to faster computer I decided to purchase the new one which price wise was not very much. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable which was great. It makes a big difference having people so knowledgeable and understanding in helping an older person Thank youn

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once again, outstanding performance by the Robinson staff, as as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello the manager running the front end, summoned a very knowledgeable associate who listened to my specific problem with my modem and router and made a suggestion which ended up increasing my connectivity and cleared my problem up for me instantaneously so very thankful for the crew and Robinson
