The spacing allows for larger plugs and surge protection is a must for electronic devices. I haven't had the need to verify if the surge protection works though...knock on wood!

Room for Pwr units

Convenient to own if your power grid fails a lot

Where i live we get tons of power outages, overloads and down charges which are terrible to my devices but this protects them for a while. Remember these have a limited life, if it takes too many uses or overloads and such it will stop working as it should and it will turn into a normal plug.

Spacing is good for plugging in larger adapters. The unit is a bit light so it feels a little flimsy, but that shouldn't be an issue.

This surge protector works great!

It has not disappointed me. It is powering my 4K TV, cable slave unit and 4K blu ray player with no problem whatsoever. I am very happy with this purchase!
