Works as expected. Using for security camera setup. Powering banks of cameras. Perpendicular plugs works best for the large power dongles.

Very simple design. I really enjoy how easy it was to setup and use. It's very straighfoward and the variety of outputs it has makes this much better than the competition! It doesn't feel as sturdy as other ones but it gets the job done with no problem. I'm really enjoying it!

I purchased this surge protector for my home office to protect valuable computer equipment. The form factor is slim and trim at 1.3h x 3.5w x 8.6l fitting neatly under my desk. The 8 outlets and handy USB ports (2) are more than enough for average applications.

Works as expected. If I had to have a gripe, the power button sticks out a little much for me. Where I have it, if I pull on a cord wrong, the button hits the desk and turns off. First-world problems though.

I regularly use and replace (on a periodic basis) a fair number of this type of surge protector strips for my electronic equipment. When shopping for same, I look for the jules rating and the number of outlets supported. This surge protector meets or exceeds my expectations at a very reasonable price, especially when they're on sale!

I plug one of these into a battery backup (ups) device. Then I can plug in my computer, ethernet switch, external disk drives into this. A lot of power strips have the plugs close together and/or aligned the wrong way so you cannot use all the outlets. This one has them lined up the right way and far enough apart so you can use them all.

Best Buy's Insignia line of products are all pretty great quality and for a pretty great price. There's also the advantage of the included 1-year warranty that can be handled directly in any Best Buy store. During this cold winter I have been redesigning my internet service, tv services, along with safety equipment. With that project I have a need for more plugs. This unit serves the purpose at a very fair price.

Was looking to replace an older surge protector strip that is heavy/clunky and has also lived through a number of power surges, which I think can over time erode protection. This is the right size, looks good, and is lighter than my old unit, which I like because it's less likely to fall and bring attached cable units down with it. Works. I'm satisfied.

I like it, good for the price. I only have 2 downsides to this; #1: Cable size from Surge Protector to wall is small, it could be longer. #2: On/Off switch is very, very easy to accidentally tap. I was shifting it around and had probabably turned it off 2-3 times. Other than that, it does the job and does it properly.

After several power outages in my area this year. It was time to replace an old one to replace with a better and reliable one to protect all my electronics in my entertainment center. And this one is taken all the worries away from losing any of my equipment.

This is a wide outlet strip that lays flat on the floor, unlike the narrow ones that tend to lie sideways. The placement of the outlets allows for bulky power supplies to be plugged in without bumping against each other. Very handy for setting up musical instrument equipment. Also good, its a dark color so it doesn't show every little bit of dirt. Nice product, very useful.

A couple of weeks back I was hit by a big storm. Lights out no power yet I felt assured afterwards knowing this surge protector had done it's job. By way of the indicator lights built into surge protector was all I needed to know that my home office equipment was safe. And now the confidence I have if I'm away from home if that ever happens again .

Good basic power strip/surge protector. I like how the sockets are spread out so the big plugs have some room. It's got an on/off switch near the cable, useful to turn off everything at once.

This is a Very Nice/Convenient Surge Protector. I do like the design allowing simplicity in using. And the Protection this provides is a plus as well. I have a couple of these Surge Protectors, made by Insignia.

Although there was only one or two reviews on this item I was more interested in the plug configuration. There are so many different size plug modules that sometimes it is impossible to incorporate them all into one power strip. This unit, however, has many variables, without being excessively large, that will eliminate that problem.

Works great, have never had any issues. This is the 4th one i buy for the house and not because i needed to replace them, but because i needed more around the house.

i did not expect this item to be a perfect fit for my needs but it is. the slots for the plugs have enough space from one another and the orientation of the plug does not get in the way of another plug on the outlet. the switch is located where the kids cannot easily access it and the number of slots is more than enough but it is still not bulky.

Not too heavy has good spacing between inlets, affordable. I mean, it's a surge protector. I trust that it isn't silently melting my cell phone's processor. It mounts well under a desk. It's a solid buy.

I love this outlet strip! I recently got a new setup for my desk, so I needed a good strip that could handle everything. I saw the positive reviews, and loved the design of it. I like how the outlet options are spread out, because some plugs are a bit bigger than others.
