I recommend having some sort of power surge for your sound system and TV. unfortunately for me the last TV I had was destroyed because of a lightning storm and not having a power surge completely destroyed it. wasting a lot of time and money fixing it.

For me, having 8 is just the right amount. Its covers the TV, 2 game consoles, printer, sound bar, router and modem. I trust the Insignia brand as well considering that they are geared towards producing quality electronics and a decent cost

I bought this to plug my christmas tree lights into, roughly 2,000 mini lights with three different extension cords. I didn't experience any issues with this protector, it turned on/off easily using the switch. I like how spaced out it is as well, allowing larger plugs if necessary.

This has half the outlets with room for big plugs that are being increasingly used by computer/networking related devices. This outlet strip doing great job of managing all these devices in my den.

This sturdy surge protector is simple but powerful. Spacious plug points allow me to use adapters of different sizes. Though there are so many out in the market with different features, I am a fan of this one specific product because of it's simplicity and highly affordable price.

This is better than the last power strip outlet I had prior to purchasing this. Outlets are equal on both sides and not to large, or too small.

What can I say it is a surge protector, on the other hand I have boughten these along with various other brands and had recently had a power surge in the st-charles area. These are the only ones that did not go out in my house!

I bought this power strip to use for different size plugs because regular strips would not have to plug in more than a couple of large plugs/power supplies. The power strip works well.

This is a very well designed 8 outlet surge protector. I bought it to better organize and protect my computer accessories, and have been very satisfied with the purchase. Would highly recommend and will buy again in the future.

Other than it being black, there are plenty of plugs galore. I can use removable velcro straps to bind my cable, TV and DVD plugs. It did what it was supposed to do; protected my electric accessories. So far so good, it works great.

I love the Surge protector. It’s It powerful enough to handle several pieces of equipment that I use simultaneously.

Device is a good size physically as well as for the outlets it contains. Worked great for my home theater setup.

A very functional power strip with good length of supply cord at a reasonable price, This is why I like to visit my local Best Buy store very helpful people and great product selection. They stocked many power strips of varying prices and configurations.

I bought 3 of these Insignia - 8-Outlet Surge Protectors during Deal of the Day for $10 each. This is a definitely a steal for top quality surge protector at that price. I like how it space out the outlets, so some of the adapters could fit and I was able to use up all 8 outlets. Excellent product over all!
