    I chose this item because it allows for different widths of plug. I was able to replace two strips with this one. I think I'd like another foot of cord, but that's my only complaint. And the price is better than competitors'.

    I love this Insignia 8-Outlet Surge Protector Strip model NS-HW503 because it has the spacing between the outlets. I can get all my large plugs on this surge protector. Great Buy!!

    For the price this is an excellent surge protector. Four outlets for low voltage transformer connections and four spaced outlets, excellent layout / spacing. Does not take up much space.

    This is a great surge protector. Nice look to it and really does the trick when you have a lot of items to plug into it. Highly recommend the Insignia brand!

    It recognizes the ground I added to the outlet in an ungrounded house. No dead outlets, works as advertised. Nice layout for a few transformers, Be careful with cord length, mine was almost too short.

    They also have a standard plug unlike many models. Non standard plugs tend to cause issues with other plugs in the same outlet (as in sometimes wont fit)
