Included HDMI cables didn't work

The included HDMI cables were going to be a bonus. Unfortunately, the HDMI cables did not work with any configuration I tried (4K to 4K devices, 1080p to 1080p devices, 1080p to 4K devices, 4K to 1080p devices, 720p to 4K devices, 720p to 1080p devices). My existing HDMI 1.3, 1.4, and 2.1 cables did work in all of these configurations. I'm happy with the surge protector.

Open-Box = Destroyed Box

The box however was barely held together with tape, was surprised to see that and hope none of the items were damaged by whatever did that to the box...

Seems good so far

I’ll likely swap out for a Furman at some point to fit my home audio rack. But it’s solved several issues so far.
