I needed a basic, simple tablet that could be patched into our internet radio for some old radio show listening by an elderly individual who cannot operate small and/or most digital devices such as a computer. This tablet accepted the SD card, connected to the computer so I could load the MP3 files, accepted the patch cord to the radio and the senior citizen is now a very happy OTR listener. My only problem was the computer/tablet connection but the two pieces of hardware finally--after a lot of patience on my part-- agreed to recognize each other.

I got this as a gift for my mother. She's not a tech person so she didn't need anything fancy, but the processor on this tablet was slow and sluggish. Even just for the games and web surfing she did.

I purchased this for my wife's first tablet. I thought she could use this to learn facebook/internet etc. It is even slow for a first time user. I returned the unit and purchased an ASUS and she is happy now...

I bought this to use as a baby cam for my Nest system and to watch baseball on the MLB app. It is pretty slow and takes quit some time to open up apps and there is some lag when navigating. Once it is up and running it runs our Nest app just fine. Though it is terrible for watching games on the MLB app. The first time I used it I thought I just had a bad WiFi connection because the video was very choppy and pixelated. I than tried my phone on the same WiFi connection and the picture was perfectly clear. If I had this to do over I would have spent more money and picked up a nicer tablet.

Bought them for the kids. There a little slow. Need to make sure you close apps before opening others, otherwise it will really slow it down. So the saying goes you get what you pay for and that's what I got.

I bought this tablet for my dad on father's day. He loves the size of the tablet and the clarity.

The first tablet I purchased died inexplicably after ~24 hours. The replacement tablet, so far, is still working. Since it's not a branded tablet per se, it doesn't have bloatware related to a larger entity. Since it is an Android tablet it does have googleware - but that's expected. The micro-SD slot is tedious to engage a card into - you have to pretend you're stuffing the SD card through the device before it engages and stays in place. You may need a tool or a sculpted finger nail to get it out again. I mainly bought this to replace my aging Dell tablet which wasn't updating the OS and some apps were no longer compatible. Nothing about this tablet raises the bar against others, but it services my needs for now.

Not enough memory, ease of use could be better, battery could ladt longer.

It is super light might feel a little cheap but my son loves it. He watches netflix and plays game so it does it's job for a minimal price

This was a replacement for the prior version, where the USB charger port stopped working. This tablet has a MUCH better design--the micro USB locks in place. It's smaller than the old version so we had to buy a new case, but oh well. The brushed aluminum back feels really nice too--way more expensive than what it costs. Very happy with this one.

Tablet is great. Nice large screen.fast and easy to use. I plan to buy another one for my kids

Quite slow. Seemed to heat up , excessively. It was inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. Item returned. I mean no I'll will towards BestBuy

Not a bad tablet for what it is; mostly ok for web searching, e-mail etc. Somewhat slow to load and handle streaming material.

I got this to replace my HP touchpad and it gets the job done for casual use. If you like to play game go with a better processor.

This tablet is very slow to turn on... once on it is about average... Occasionally freezes up and battery life maybe good for a couple of hours if watching a program before having to recharge.

Unit works well. However I had to return the first one as it froze during update process. Exchanged with noi problem at BestBuy.

I am very satisfied with my tablet. It's fits perfect in my bag & is easy to use. Best Buy is the best place to buy electronics.

Great budget tablet, can't be best for the price. A little bit buggy but still a great buy.

I needed a way to make some old time radio shows accessible for an elderly relative who is unable to use a computer. Not only does this tablet accept a 128GB memory card but I was able to connect it to a regular speaker (the tablet's speaker is too tinny for him to hear it properly) and set the main screen to display only a single button--the one to Play Music. All I had to do was set that app's home screen to his memory card "library". He's been using it daily for awhile now and has had no problems.

Easy to Google for a beginner. Learning tablet for a beginner. Bought for my boyfriend. that knows nothing about tablets.
