    I wish it had lights on the keypad so that you can see it more clearly especially at night, We have a flashlight on hand so we can see the keypad dials. On the positive size, it looks good and is a nice size that could accommodate most needs

    I ALWAYS purchase my microwaves from Best Buy. I need only the basics, and price is an issue. Insignia is no frills, reliable, does what I need, and when it no longer functions (life expectancy is usually 2-3 years--I use it exclusively and many times a day), I buy a new one--the newest version/model of the one which I'd been using.
