One flaw: the design (of the turntable tray, I guess) allows the ring with wheels under the turntable tray to “wander” off center. It periodically rights itself with a thump. Annoying. But overall good value.

This is the LOUDEST microwave, so loud it’s probably defective and dangerous. I reported it via phone the day received yet they made NO note in my account of my intent to return. Now I cannot print the return label and I am out 90.00 for a DEFECTIVE microwave. No way Best Buy…this is WRONG. You need to HONOR my request to return defective as it was TIMELY. I have been a good customer, I suggest you HONOR your customers.
