    Only about 2/3s the power of the 30 year old unit I was trying to replace. (This new unit was the only one you had that would fit my available space.) This new unit takes nearly twice the time to heat my coffee! Otherwise the new unit is quite satisfactory. I’m curious to find out if this new unit gives me the 45 years of service that the old one did…

    1st one didn't work at all otherwise I'd give 5 stars. Replacement is fine, return was easy. Using in a Tesla Cybertruck when camping: works great. I store it in the original box when not using, it's light enough to lift out and set in place. I like that the beep when cooking is done is only once, those that beep 5x are annoying. Hoping it lasts since it will only get sporadic use.

    Basic microwave at a good price. However, reliability is not great. We are our 3rd one in 5 years. They seem to last 12=18 months. This time I added the extended warranty. Why not switch to another unit? This one fits well in our space, has the features we need, and we know how it works.
