    A decent enough micro at the price. Its main flaw is that the display is not illuminated and very difficult to see. It also takes too many steps to just re-hat a cup of coffee. Otherwise it's still working after nearly a month

    **⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars)** "Absolutely terrible experience with Best Buy. I placed an order, only for it to be canceled *without any warning or consultation*. No email, no call, no explanation—just a sudden cancellation. When I reached out to customer service, I was given vague excuses and no real resolution. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to have my time wasted like this. If this is how they treat customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere reliable."

    It died after exactly one year after purchase, just out of the one year warranty period. Digital key paid stopped working. I will never again by anything made by Insignia.

    this microwave seemed OK & good value for first year or so. Then the clock stopped working & the touch pad timer gradually stopped working properly (most often used keys broker first). Finally after about 2 years it has developed a mind of its own, turning itself on /off at will. What a piece of junk

    We bought this microwave the years ago and it had completely died on us. It suddenly started to run on its own. Pretty frustrated as I would have thought this would last at least a few more years. I would spend a bit more money for something higher quality.

    Bought with high hopes, not powerful enough, took 3 minutes to heat my small dinner that takes other microwaves 1-2 minutes. Heat distribution was terrible too.
